銅鑼灣食晚餐擇黎擇去,最後搵左間烤魚川菜係希慎裡面,原來價錢都唔貴,又幾多野食。。我地叫左個「香辣豆花清江魚 $348」,再另叫餸打邊爐,清江魚肉質夠滑唔太多骨,條魚預先煎過魚皮再放落湯,幾入味好味。餸方面叫左「手切特級安格斯牛肉 $238」呢個好厚切好正,牛味超級濃味,加埋個厚度均一。另外再叫左啲餸都好平下,好似萵筍 、紅薯粉、娃娃菜、腐竹同鴨血都係 $18/碟😅平過好多打邊爐店。。除左火鍋佢仲有啲小菜同串燒,前菜就叫左「京川汁秋葵 $48」辣辣地幾過癮。「蜂蜜柚子脆蝦球 $118」呢個好正,有成8件蝦球,加埋個柚子汁酸酸甜甜好開胃。串燒方面「牛肉串 $18」同「羊肉串 $18」好正👍🏼燒得好惹味又香。另外都叫左菜類既串燒「翠玉瓜串 $16」同「波蘿串$20」。。全晚有點驚喜既係個甜品,「古法紅棗盞(2隻)$28」本人本身麻麻地呢啲糕類野食,但佢又唔太甜整得好食。。Hoegaarden 啤酒都係$42,算唔貴啦,整體來講都幾滿意又抵食。

年近歲晚約朋友出來團年,中菜就最合適不過。銅鑼灣希慎廣場多選擇,地點又方便。最後決定了一間中菜館,主打粵菜,滬菜…最特別有烤魚。水晶海南雞呢個雞值得推介,真係好好味。雞皮薄透,中間有層水晶油份,入口是爽脆。肉質鮮嫩,那鹹香十足味道另人回味。招牌酸菜青江魚原條青江魚,滾下滾下,再放入配料萵筍,蟹柳和鮮豆腐。魚肉不會因持續煲煮而變得嚡口,保持嫩滑。湯底酸酸辣辣非常惹味開胃。豬油渣炒菜心時令菜心,採用了豬油渣來炒,更香。海南柑桔蜜柚茶柑桔散發出清香,跟柚子蜜好夾。
