首先請大家看看這碗鮑魚雞粥,發生什麼事?請注意碟內滿溢的粥,普通粥檔都搵唔到如此這般的上枱模樣吧?!我問上菜服務員:你自己看看,過份不過份?佢唔應我行咗去,我火滾了,我馬上拍照,然後起身搵經理,那服務員走回來木口木面話:拎過一碗俾你。油炸鬼,又凍又乾。。。 等了良久才到的糉,我直情唔記得自己叫咗糉打算埋單,隻糉上枱時賣相不佳但起碼煙陣陣,看來熱騰騰,但夾開一吃裡面是凍的。。。。 這個蘿蔔絲酥餅,酥皮還幾好幾鬆,但一咬開,裡面有水湧出來,未食過咁樣水餡蘿蔔絲酥餅。。。。
