我一向喜歡吃潮州菜,又愛大排檔的鑊氣小炒,今次來到這間食店可謂一次過滿足兩個願望。由於只得兩個人 ,我們只選了兩個菜,怎知店舖正進行優惠,凡惠顧滿300元便可用優惠價8元選購鹵水雜錦拼盤。拼盤有很多款式, 有:墨魚、大腸、紅腸、 豬耳和腩肉,食物鹵得很入味,而且份量十足 ,名副其實的大件夾抵食。另外選了一個咕嚕明大蝦,真的不得不讚廚師的廚藝 ,蝦球外面脆脆的,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,而且每隻蝦都大大隻。 再來一個啫啫大鱔雞煲,大鱔肥美肉厚,魚味十足,加上雞油的香味, 非常惹味可口,喜歡吃大鱔的真要親身來試一試。整體而言,沒想到在市區可以有一間 坐得舒適,衛生整潔,而且鑊氣十足的食肆,絕對適合大黟兒來歡聚。
