我自己食潮州滷水,鵝腸同豬頭肉都唔係主角,主角係果碟辣油! 我怕辣少食辣,但潮州菜辣油係例外,唔知點解每間潮州餐廳D辣油辣度啱啱好! 辣到落喉嚨就停,唔會辣到噴火! 又有蒜頭香味道紅紅地又令! 鵝腸爽口豬頭肉有𡁻頭,小熊話我做咩食自己個豬頭肉!

蠔仔粥蠔仔嫩滑份量又足,忘記咗要求多蔥花!

曾經同小熊去台灣食炸雞多次,最正最難忘係台東夜巿炸雞,今次點哩份南乳炸雞件,外層炸漿極有台東炸雞風味! 台東美味回憶返哂嚟! 唯一分別係有多咗份南乳味,炸漿超香脆雞肉又熱又 Juicy,份量多超預期,慶幸無點太多餸! 明記潮館一D都唔偷工減料! 絕對好過樓下 GOGO美食坊!

今日同外國回來嘅朋友食飯,所以選擇了一間潮州菜館,餐廳位於旺角,近地鐵站, 十分方便。首先叫了燒汁脆牛腩。呢種煮法好特別,朋友都話第一次試!牛腩外皮炸得香脆,而且不油膩。配上燒汁醬汁,有啲甜有啲酸,同牛腩嘅味道幾配合,好開胃。潮式炒麵線,經典的潮洲菜。炒麵線炒得條條分明,麵線不會炒得過淋,配上海鮮同蔬菜配料,味道更豐富。如果喜歡濃味,可以加一點豆瓣醬,好開胃。椒鹽鮮魷係百食不厭,鮮魷炸得香脆,裡面多汁,鮮魷爽口。椒鹽調味剛剛好,有啲香辣同埋微微嘅鹹味,好快就食晒成條。要特別一提,他們有六周年優惠,食品滿$300 ,就可以用$8 選購滷水雜錦拼盤或韭菜豬紅。我哋揀咗滷水三拼盤,因為入面有滷水鵝片、豬大腸同鵝腸。滷水鵝片好嫩滑,滷得好入味。豬大腸同鵝腸都好彈牙,抵食。明記嘅菜式種類好多,有滷水、海鮮、小炒、粉麵,實搵到啱自己口味的,個人覺得適合一大班人食!

這間餐廳位於一座大廈2樓,位置近地鐵站所以10分方便。而且不難找到餐廳。餐廳空間十分寬敞。剛好餐廳有小食優惠,加$8就有一客滷水拼盤。有鵝腸 白菜和  豬耳 生腸 多不勝數。點了一盤花蛤,份量十足,醬汁亦十分入味。以一些青椒和辣椒調味,十分刺激味蕾。接下來就是蠔仔粥,份量也是足夠兩個人吃,與其說是粥,更覺得像泡飯。因為飯不算很稀,算不上是粥。可是味道確實不錯。很開胃。最後來的是雜果沙拉醬蝦球,這個配搭真的很搭配,吃起來味道甜甜的。很可惜沒有叫佐菜的飲品呢。如果喜歡吃潮州菜的朋友就記得要叫酒,肯定會為這一頓美食添加色彩。去旺角尋覓美食,這間餐廳確實是不錯的選擇。
