同同事到中環開工,係德輔道中見到有間新開既餐廳叫鳴越越式料理,就好奇心大發決定去食。 間餐廳係地底既,需要行一條落樓梯先到。一落到去發覺地方超大,亦都坐滿人客。店員細心地問我地既人數,而且介紹佢地既菜式。由於係下午茶時間,我地就叫左兩個下午茶餐追加跟餐小食同另外一個小食套餐。兩個餐分別係:牛坑腩金邊粉 (HKD 42) 追加越式炸蝦餅 (加HKD 26)配椰青 (加HKD 18);鮮茄牛腩金邊粉 (HKD 46)追加越式春卷 (加HKD 18) 配椰汁三式冰 (加HKD 6)。至於另叫既小食套餐,我地就叫左香芽串燒雞肉(2串)&越式炸蝦多士 (HKD 38)配椰汁三式冰(加HKD 6)個牛坑腩好好味,口感爽,一啲都唔韌,而且分量唔少。個湯底清甜,仲有略帶檸檬味。至於個鮮茄牛腩金邊粉,分量唔少,酸酸甜甜,牛腩內面有濃濃既蕃茄味,非常開胃。個春卷炸得香脆,用料又足,包埋塊生菜食,正呀。個蝦餅有(8塊),啖啖肉,點埋甜酸醬,真係好滿足。至於個椰青,大大個非常清甜,原汁原味,仲可以食埋內面d椰子肉添。個三式冰都毫不遜色,勁有椰子香味,同好好飲,啲配料非常足。香芽串燒雞肉,好好味好香,食完仲想添

雖然還有兩星期才放聖誕假, 但大家都被周圍的聖誕氣氛包圍着, 好有 holiday mood, 而我也不例外, 已開始約不同的朋友吃聖誕餐, 提早約就較易約, 因為大家都準備離港過聖誕及跨年。今日就先來一頓聖誕午餐, 係呀! 係午餐呀! 無人話聖誕餐一定是晚餐, 聖誕早餐又得, 聖誕午餐又得, 聖誕宵夜都得, 最重要是一起開開心心慶祝。因為友人在上環返學, 所以揀了附近一間越南餐店。也好! 反正已有一段時間沒有吃越南菜, 可重拾它美味。白色的門面配上一個銀色的圓形店名招牌, 下方還掛了一個聖誕飾物, 好有白色聖誕feel。沿樓梯走往下層, 全店以翠綠色為主調, 而每塊牆身都掛上色彩繽紛的油畫, 很有朝氣。餐店以卡座為主, 設有多排四人卡座, 寬敞闊落, 坐得舒適。細閱餐牌, 有一份午巿精選套餐、一份特式特飲和一本散點餐簿。餐簿每頁均附有菜式相片, 分門別類, 設計既精美亦清晰。分別有湯粉類、撈檬類、越式傳統海濱、沙律、飯類、炒粉飯類、地道小食、紙米卷、湯、主食、燒物、越式煲仔類、田園青菜、特式飲品、港式飲品和甜品, 選擇都不少, 但既然正正是午巿時段, 當然不能錯過午巿精選套餐的優惠。

馬上呷一口熱湯,湯身色澤鮮橙,稀稠度適中,面頭沒有泛油光,喝落一點也油膩,讚!蟹膏 的甘鮮味不算突出,應是被蕃茄 的酸香蓋過,但味道美味,蕃味濃郁,越喝越開胃,而喝後並沒有乾涸口乾,再讚!夾起碗中的金邊粉,嘩!份量非常足,好驚人!金邊粉 煮得剛好,滑身而不散爛,又有咬口,索湯力又強,不出一會便很入味,但仍是較喜歡舀一羮蟹膏蕃茄湯,放上金邊粉同吃,很滋味!

金邊粉 份量驚人,餸料也不少。數數看,有兩隻煙煙韌韌的青口、兩大隻爽彈的蝦仁、兩段柔軟的蟹柳、數粒小帶子粒、一些清爽的芽菜,還有大量肉碎,很足料!肉碎並沒有夾雜大量肥膏,但並不嚡口,而且烹調入味,最喜歡就是除了舀一羮濃湯 放上金邊粉 外,要再加埋肉碎 同吃,是最滋味!

而我因有些喉嚨痛, 故揀了一杯咸金桔Salted Kumquat (跟餐$0/原價$18), 希望有幫忙。雖沒有原粒咸金桔, 但內裏也有不少金桔皮, 味道咸咸地, 酸酸地, 喝了後很舒服, 喜歡! 唯一美中不足是用了一支膠匙羹, 將腸膠羹放在熱辣辣的飲品中, 感覺有點不健康。

It was never easy to find a restaurant that offered quality food in a reasonable price nowadays. This restaurant in Sheung Wan got us in surprise in such. We each got a dinner set. This is phad Thai with seafood in Vietnamese style. It was slightly different from the usual Phad Thai but tasted not bad!This was my favourite of the dinner. Pork neck with vegetables. 今日過去中環做嘢,見到有間越南菜新開的,就入左去試下新嘢,入到去侍應好有禮貌甘問幾多位,我話一位,可能今日系星期日,侍應安排我坐一個卡位,地方闊落,牆上掛滿油画,坐得又幾舒服,坐底後我就睇左一輪餐牌,最後叫左一個火車頭,火車頭份量足,湯底都幾好,够浓,一個人食足够饱肚,桌上有辣椒🌶️,甜酸魚露,自行配料!想叫多個小食春卷,但食左火車頭好似太饱,最後無叫到,下次先再試食,總體都覚得幾好,下次會再幚襯

早上跟同事辦過公事,同事提議一到新開張的越南餐廳一試,小人順水推舟之下,覺得一嚐無妨是也。二人坐入餐廳,第一個感覺是太多的侍應,可能是客人不多的事故。當問及餐牌時,一個超惡的女侍應問候我們:「係咪食下午茶餐呀?」小人不禁想著,不是又如何?始於沒有問出口。豬扒是切切實實的叫了飯,但當侍應端上單紙時方才發覺落了檬粉。一個惡死女人後來告訴飯要蒸15分鐘,沒癮起唯有吃撈檬。豬扒薄而乾,檬粉是濕濕塌塌的一堆,輸晒。海鮮炒金邊粉料已是少,粉是炒得不好,濕笠笠的,味亦不足,根本上不了大枱。經過此次,未必再有勇氣嚐新鳥……
