位置方便,旁邊便是元朗西鐵站。今天中午去食,雖然是假期,但幸好不用等位。但服務員態度真的有夠差,叫她幫我加點水,她回覆的語氣十分嫌棄。耐收茶位費,星期日每人$11,不便宜啊。點了麻香雞絲粉皮,金牌小籠包,蘿蔔炆肉和蝦蟹炒飯。麻香雞絲粉皮感覺一般,醬汁太多,下次會要求少牆,性比價實在不值。小籠包可以,與我以前在上海吃的味道差不多。蘿蔔炆肉,肉質鬆軟,適合老人家吃,味道還好。蝦蟹炒飯,整碟都沒有蟹肉只有幾隻蝦。整體來講,中規中矩,沒有再吃的慾望。

麻香雞絲粉皮感覺一般,醬汁太多,下次會要求少牆,性比價實在不值。

小籠包可以,與我以前在上海吃的味道差不多。

蘿蔔炆肉,肉質鬆軟,適合老人家吃,味道還好。

蝦蟹炒飯,整碟都沒有蟹肉
只有幾隻蝦。

整體來講,中規中矩,沒有再吃的慾望。

適逢假日前,於是約了一班朋友在元朗食個晚飯,但亦由於假期前的關係,今晚食飯的人特別多。我們一行三人等了大約一個多小時才能入座。由於真的很肚餓,我們很快便選擇了7個菜下單,它的上菜的速度算可以。先來的係冷盤小食水晶肴肉和蒜泥白肉,味道一般般。然後來了奶油津白,這個鹹度適中,而且有淡淡奶香,會想食完再食。而蒸小籠包十分好味,皮薄而且入面多鮮甜的汁,味道可口。再來就是擔擔麵,這個花生味道濃郁,麵條硬度適中,口感不錯。最後係上海炒年糕同酸辣湯,年糕方便,每個年糕的上面都有味道,而且沒有黏口黏牙。不過就有點濟口。而酸辣湯就不過不失。整體而言,味道方面我個人覺得不錯,而且價錢合理,所以有很多人等位,下次再食一定要提早取票等待。

文思豆腐羹,刀功出神入化,賣相討好一流富美感。豆腐絲幼如髮絲,滑到不得了!添上檸檬葉使到味道更清新更豐富,抹去單調感!厚薄拿捏得分寸不差,黏黏稠稠熱燙燙,意料外之美食!

煲仔咸肉菜飯,煲仔熱辣辣,咸肉油脂已溶入嚥韌乾爽飽滿飯粒中,真係要拍案叫絕!不過都係銅鑼灣美廚雞油菜飯略勝一籌。撈埋文思豆腐羹享用,味道更多變化更上一層樓!

蘿蔔炆肉,還以為家上海有東坡肉食添,原來只不過係炆豬肉,誤會誤會。始終跟東坡肉有天段距離,反而跟客家炆豬肉差不多,烹調得蠻入流入格。顏色富光澤,顏色吸引增進食慾,醬油調得甜美不咸不濁,香噴噴回味無窮。五香腩肥美極至但不油膩,皮嫩肥膏爽彈瘦肉嚥韌不乾硬,每口清新乾爽!油脂甜香助味不少,撈煲仔咸肉菜飯,多種味道共冶一爐,亙相暉映食到唔停口!濃郁醬油堅好送飯,如果加埋辣椒醬就大件事喇!起碼要叫多一碗白飯先夠喉。

蟹粉小籠包,沾點黑醋降降溫整粒掉入口,嚥韌的包皮破開,濃烈鮮味蟹粉極速奔馳,尾隨著香甜肉汁及高湯,好味到要閉目享受,不可以被外界騷擾!每隻都程半月形飽滿肥嘟嘟,非常靚仔美觀。餃面薄薄黏黏充滿麵粉香氣,餃底煎得透徹金黃香脆絕不馬虎。大量鬆軟豬肉混上點點鮮味蟹粉,那有給我挑剔的餘地!

上海炸豬扒,真有她的獨特烹調及風味,既不是吉列亦不是脆炸,不用額外的醬汁額外的調味,鬆脆炸漿緊鎖所有香氣及肉汁在內,但切開頓時流失,何解不讓食客親自操刀呢?下次要求免切的,我要原汁原味自己咬,所有精華一滴要不漏地吸收!優質的醃味使我不能停下來,保持原始的質感一件接一件的塞入口,開心美滿。

上海粗炒,外觀扁撻撻及凌亂不堪,應該可以設置得更好睇的。過甜的味道使我感到很累很膩呢!不想食都要食完去,不要浪費!醬油味略重,食不到其他食材味道,菜還菜、麵還麵,椰菜沒怎炒過略生,求其撈撈沒有合體。

薰蛋,滷水味溏心蛋灑下少許椒鹽添添味,室溫整件啪入讓她們在嘴內融合,少甜豉油咸味在外,搭上甘香無比黏黏蛋黃,咸甜交錯,別俱特色。

女兒紅醉雞,不是溫也不是凍,常溫蠻不錯。滑溜溜的雞皮,嫩彈彈的雞肉,不硬不鞋。輕輕的肉汁,微微的雞甜,用上陳年女兒紅份外可口。酒香醇美不澀,跟花雕完全不同層次,驚喜的演繹。

家傳丁香雞,強到可以媲美海南雞的鮮味嫩滑質素!雞皮鳳脂甘甜黏著彈彈白肉,滾埋大量丁香汁,芬芳的氣味直通鼻孔,獨持的香氣及味道,很想來碗油味飯交流一下。

金牌小籠包,灌湯特別醒神,一啖一隻方便快捷!像是飲著豬肉濃湯似的,樂在其中,讚嘆不已。鮮肉鍋貼,微溫到來,靜靜地等待起動。新鮮豬肉無得頂!天然甜味略醃己無與倫比,配起厚身焦香的餃皮更加美妙,拍爛手掌。

椒鹽小黃魚,非常有潮州冷魚飯的影子。煎封小黃魚,兩面金黃脆身,包著嫩肉,仍有少少魚汁。咸咸的外皮搭上淡味魚肉,還可以吧!我比較喜歡食蒸黃魚。

酒釀煎大蝦,不是乾煎的嗎?跟餐牌張相差天共地,朋友仔即時回應不吃了!無緊要,我會負責任的全部消滅掉。酒味感覺不到,味道似泰式雞醬酸酸甜甜,求其褪晒殼急急處理。廿十成熟的蝦肉乾乾硬硬,仍有一絲蝦味,沾上甜酸汁濕濕地較易入口。

酸辣湯麵,通透晶瑩鮮紅色湯汁樣子不錯。大量豆腐木耳筍絲蛋花,味道清淡有點單調。酸辣湯麵,腍腍不彈的白麵條沒有任何味道,掛上清淡的酸辣湯,味道始終削削的。硬著頭皮食,係我自己話要食麵作句號既。
