當日我哋只係叫咗一個主食,不過我哋另外加咗黑松露薯條做配菜,兩個人食四個菜式都已經夠飽,呢個豬鞍扒要少少時間處理,所以最好早少少落單叫咗先,豬肉食落唔韌而且冇渣,可能係慢煮過嘅關係,佢嘅肉質都幾軟嫩,我覺得最好食就係骨位嘅部份,啲筋膜食落好香豬肉味同埋有口感😍有機會想試埋佢個牛扒喎
