「睇到乜?有問題?」

男店員最後不情願地下了單…

等侍之際,就是感到不滿的眼光,對這店已徹底失望,6:50pm決定結帳。五人30分鐘消費了$851,唔該前唔該後,也不算太差的一枱客吧。最後叫的食物也只在結帳後才到。此時男店員已急不及待將我們的大枱拆細,當時店中仍只不過坐了一半人。

以為事件告一段落。

不料稍後OpenRice通知,這店說我們缺席。到底發生了什麼事?! 當然要跟OpenRice解釋。電郵時間是6:54pm,正正是我們收據的時間。

以為事件真的告一段落。

再看OpenRice. 原來這店6:32pm在OpenRice改了我們的booking,由7時改為6點半。是什麼原因?為了可以令我們在8:30pm離坐?

一連串的問題…

第一次食串燒不可以邊食邊叫。第一次食飯時間未到人未齊卻不能先叫點食物。第一次食串燒廚師不想接細單。也不去想店員的態度和急於還枱的態度了。

其他問題,相信我們也沒興趣去找答案,反正不會再來打擾店員你們。

今晚約咗閨蜜去食飯,大家都想食日本嘢,一於去Mokumoku Yakiton,有得食串燒,又有好多其他嘢揀。先叫飲品,一杯highball 一杯蘋果甜酒,兩杯嘅酒味都唔重,酸酸甜甜,好易入口。一開始食啲前菜,食咗牛蒡同埋凍蕃茄,清新開胃。跟住我哋食咗刺身盛,三款刺身都好新鮮,三文魚腩尤其肥美,帶子亦都好厚身👍🏻食完啲凍嘢就食返啲熱食,燒三文魚頭幾好喎,好適合送酒。燒咗嘅三文魚頭好香,魚肉油脂豐富,好滑溜。之後食咗幾串串燒,燒豬大腸、燒雞翼、燒豬心同埋秋葵豬肉串,樣樣都唔錯。燒豬心個口感唔錯,有少少似牛舌嘅口感,鍾意食內臟嘅人就要試吓啦。燒雞翼非常香脆,亦都係必食推介。飲飲食食傾吓計就過咗兩個幾鐘,好chill chill的晚上。

食物品道是可以的,沒有投訴。點了不少肉串、燒飯團、關東煮等,尤其欣賞關東煮的牛根,有一些嚼頭,甜度適中但可惜,我跟久別重逢的朋友相約晚上飯聚於此,而店家生意太好,結果7時入座,8點30分準時送客。多坐五分鐘,趕緊把枱面的食物吃完,立即再被提醒,下一批客人將至了大家可能覺得,香港租金昂貴,食客一般被限時90分鐘,並無不可。是的,我無意批評限時做法,只可以形容為日式食物、港式待客提醒大家,注要限時,如果見老朋友,有太多話題 ,就要有轉場的心理準備才好光顧

店內除了有多款豬肉串燒外 亦有市面少見的豬內臟串燒 豬大腸串金黃微焦 油潤不膩 帶獨特腥香 內層軟糯口感帶煙韌 另外也很喜愛西班牙黑豚肩肉串 火喉剛剛好 入口肉味濃郁 輕輕的以少許黑斗椒調味剛剛好🍢

餐廳裝潢富有日本居酒屋格調 配合昏暗柔和的燈光 感覺悠閒放鬆 食物新鮮即叫即整 雖然整體性價比不算高 喜愛豚肉料理的話 這兒不失為銅鑼灣內的聚腳點之選💆🏻‍♀️
