其餘豚肉串唔會燒得太老,非常惹味可口!

當中亦都燒豬大腸,同街頭小食做法唔同,依個比較juice!

豚腩肉串我食落覺得,選用嘅位置肉同油脂分布非常平均,唔會太油膩!

我都非常滿意番茄🍅前菜,走哂外皮之餘仲要用仲好鮮甜唔會變壞!

今日嚟到銅鑼灣朋友介紹這一間居酒屋竟然有新發現。這間居酒屋刺身及串燒都不錯,今日先order了這幾樣食物。這一款刺身盛 - 三文魚,帶子及甜蝦前菜日本蕃茄配牛蒡。蕃茄勁甜而牛蒡也醃製得非常之入味。,有助清一清味蕾原隻槍魷鮮味而肉質爽,一口細嘗極致鮮味豬大腸串大腸油脂味重,而且肉質都比較爽豬腰孑原來豬腰係可以做串燒!好爽甜。西班牙黑豚肩肉串肉身都非常之厚肉但又唔韌,入口爽滑。豚肉鵪鶉卷這個鵪鶉卷都非常之吸引,配以豚肉一起吃蛋味非常濃郁。一口品嚐多重滋味雞翼串外皮燒得卜卜脆,肉質能夠保留住雞的味道日本靑椒仔原來這個青椒是不辣的,而且用鹽燒的方法非常入味

最近選擇了一間日式居酒屋飲杯酒嘆晚餐!前菜方面蕃茄前菜的蕃茄非常清新,口感鮮甜多汁,搭配著微微的酸味,好開胃。芥辣八爪魚的辣味不會太過刺激,八爪魚的肉質很有彈性,帶有淡淡的海味,搭配上醃製醬汁的風味非常不錯。刺身三點三文魚、帶子和刺身魚都十分新鮮,入口即化,口感極佳。串燒方面,燒魷魚剛剛好熟,彈牙又不會太煙韌。西班牙黑豚肩肉串和豬大腸串都入味十足,特別是大腸表面香脆,口感層次豐富。豬顎骨的肉質鮮嫩多汁,吃起來非常有嚼勁。雞軟骨串的軟骨口感香脆,十分不錯。日本青椒仔的口感清新,適合當做小點心,也不會太辣,吃了不會太膩。乳酸梳打帶有微酸的氣味,口感清爽,柚千x梅酒帶有柚子清香和梅子的酸甜味道,是比較清新好喝的女生酒品。雖然環境不算太大,整體感覺非常溫馨,旁邊黑板上也有不同時令的美食,好像去了日本的感覺!
