To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 實在,少見餐廳使用麥包。還配鮮牛肉,再配雞蛋,再配生菜,還要加花生醬!問你怕未!雖然,「使用日本雞蛋」聽起來很不愛國,但是當我將三文治塞進口中第一瞬間,已立刻收聲了!鮮牛已不錯,雞蛋味更香!不過生菜沒有太出彩的地方,而花生醬,亦看不到吃不出!是否忘記放了啊?
最後點了個現磨咖啡,有點淡。又一鐵規則,冰室不要喝現磨。
不過離開前看到牌子:湯底使用鮮雞,多厲害的marketing,一句話提高回購率!下次再來試試。

The macaroni in tomato soup set with scramble egg and toast is simple and filling. This place is always super crowded and busy. Need to line up for tickets every-time. Not a good place to chat or chill because people talk super loud and the place is very packed.

呢一個湯底我男朋友幾鍾意 佢話個忌廉雞湯好好飲 不過佢係襯麵多啲既 麵可以掛到多啲湯😌但係大家留意公仔麵係要加錢轉架 仲要同出前一丁一樣價錢🙊所以大家鍾意嘅可以直接轉出前一丁😂😂之後佢個鮑魚絲同火腿絲口感都唔錯 唔會一pat嘢咁樣

所有套餐仲會賠返私密奶茶或者忌廉即磨咖啡添
一於試吓佢舖頭主打嘅日本蛋飯
已外賣來講賣相尚算唔錯
蝦同牛肉嘅比例都幾多
蛋亦都唔會煎得全熟仲有液體嘅狀態
蝦仁大隻爽口,同蛋非常之夾
牛肉亦都做到好滑身
由於加咗4.3日本鮮奶落隻蛋度所以隻蛋都好滑身
成個飯調味啱啱好唔會過鹹
分量來講亦都啱啱好唔會太少
白飯就會配上啲汁,撈勻之後成個飯都叫有汁唔會太乾,由於蛋唔係煎得全熟嘅關係亦都有蛋汁可以攞嚟撈飯
整體上來講品質禮計$60個外賣都算合理,值得一試
