每日中午都勁多人等位... 今日一條友諗住試下有無位,點知都要等1x分鐘...午餐貴過其他茶記幾蚊啦,不過都可以接受嘅~叫左個薑絲豬潤通粉,配炒蛋多士🍞。佢個多士係mvp,好夠熱,用左靚牛油,個多士本身係有蜜糖香味嘅,同埋係加左麥。至於炒蛋都好食嘅,不過都係可以想像到普通炒蛋啦。但係,個薑絲豬潤通就有啲失望,超級重薑味。可能有人中意咁樣啦,不過我個人就麻麻地,成個通粉得薑味。豬潤煮都得啱啱好,唔會太硬太生。

一個人吃飯時,就會想起旺記,因為一個人較容易找到空位,不用輪候在長長的人龍中。我最喜愛吃的還是特濃番茄湯餐肉粒通粉,我最欣賞是它的餐肉,厚切的肉粒,在加上煎炸過,即使放在番茄湯上,仍然可以咬到它脆脆的外皮。通粉很大粒。蕃茄湯也很濃,可以見到有些蕃茄蓉在湯內,略嫌有些不足的,是蕃茄膏味很重,沒有新鮮蕃茄的味道。麥麵包加牛油也是我的最愛,麵包邊脆脆的,表面塗上用掉了的牛油,䁔䁔的,再加上嫩滑的蛋,也是我每次必吃的。奶茶也是必叫的,用黑白淡奶沖的奶茶是最香滑,加上用瓦杯上可以保溫,如果奶茶沖得更濃就更好了。

我最喜愛吃的還是特濃番茄湯餐肉粒通粉,我最欣賞是它的餐肉,厚切的肉粒,在加上煎炸過,即使放在番茄湯上,仍然可以咬到它脆脆的外皮。通粉很大粒。蕃茄湯也很濃,可以見到有些蕃茄蓉在湯內,略嫌有些不足的,是蕃茄膏味很重,沒有新鮮蕃茄的味道。

Their most famous dish is actually the scrambled eggs with fried BBQ pork rice, but the essence is in the secret homemade soy sauce, which has a uniquely sweet taste. I decided to try something different for a change, and they were quite generous with the portion of the juicy shrimp and high-quality beef, but I think I’ll stick with the BBQ pork next time, as it goes better with the sauce.

入面我覺得最好食都係印尼撈麵加炒蛋,其二就係蕃茄烏冬加野菜。 印尼撈麵加炒蛋嗰一個真係好好味,雖然菜真係得幾條又唔係好健康咁夜食嘅話一定會肥但係對於我好少食印尼撈麵來講真係覺得好正。  如果夜晚冇咁肚餓其實可以考慮吓食嗰個番茄椰菜烏冬嗰個又唔係好Heavy又有菜式加埋隻蛋其實都唔錯。價錢方面我就覺得都幾合理,上菜嘅時間都唔使好耐大概5至10分鐘就已經嚟到。 呢一間旺記冰室近排唔知做咩成日都要排隊已經係8:00去食但係都仲係要等😅

 印尼撈麵加炒蛋嗰一個真係好好味,雖然菜真係得幾條又唔係好健康咁夜食嘅話一定會肥但係對於我好少食印尼撈麵來講真係覺得好正。 

 如果夜晚冇咁肚餓其實可以考慮吓食嗰個番茄椰菜烏冬嗰個又唔係好Heavy又有菜式加埋隻蛋其實都唔錯。

價錢方面我就覺得都幾合理,上菜嘅時間都唔使好耐大概5至10分鐘就已經嚟到。 

呢一間旺記冰室近排唔知做咩成日都要排隊已經係8:00去食但係都仲係要等😅

旺記開係公司附近,每次lunchtime經過見到人頭湧湧。大熱厭天時真係唔會想排隊。今次終於有機會食到叉燒滑蛋飯,果然名不虛傳甜豉油好好味,蛋夠滑,叉燒幾香,連平時唔特別鍾意食叉燒既我都覺得好味。怕排隊的話,建議外賣,等大約五分鐘就有。後記:有次經過尖沙咀分店,見到門口過半百人,唯有放棄

今日星期日個肚餓餓地,我都想食好啲,又唔係好想食勁貴野,咁我諗起我多年網友Benjuman,開嘅旺記冰室,當年開簡直係鰂魚涌一段清流!唔係講笑鰂魚涌好難搵到好食嘅嘢!除非比好連貴啦!我都醒目特登唔lunch去,Lunch去一定排到叫到救命,想不到我4:00去仍然要排隊!其實我唔係好鍾意排隊,唔緊要啦好食又抵係咁樣!但我今次去好似冇以前咁好,以前有Menu揀嘢食,宜家只剩下玻璃底幾個餐,講真㗎我食得好尖,香港翻版食神就係我,原來個最貴個飯都只係$59..係滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯。咁我就叫啦,侍應話叉燒冇晒轉左牛肉或者午餐肉,我就話牛肉照去。落到枱就發現水準,無復當年勇!一望落去得三粒蝦仁🍤,唔緊要啦50幾蚊個飯係咁,一啖食落啲牛肉度,食到食粉味,好明顯呢個牛肉原本唔係準備做呢個菜式。事實都唔難食嘅,係我嘴刁姐!我就帶咗個薑汁奶茶,我如果特別囉!食物配襯方面就唔覺得好出眾!我記得上次你食嗰個飯係好好食!堅係好食但已經唔記得咗係乜嘢?總括來講嚟呢度都係冇錯嘅!因為佢附近全部都非常之不堪...我唔係講笑我煮仲好食過嗰啲人...所以行過都應該試吓!最後值得一讚,侍應生再咁忙碌環境下工作,仍然保持專業
