To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實早餐同出面茶記差唔多啫
但旺記最令我念念不忘既係佢哋既奶油豬
所以今日都專登落街買旺記
始終而家疫情都嚴重
堂食真係無咩人
不過外賣係屋企食都安心d啦
門外都設置咗酒精搓手液
為己為人出入都洗洗手啦
另外佢哋最近都暫停咗沙律菜
雖然平時我都鐘意食
但都係個句為己為人忍忍啦
蕃茄湯餐肉粒通粉
外賣既份量一樣足㗎
餐肉粒食落好香口又夠腍
但最重點都係蕃茄湯底
酸度一流
食到最後飲哂d蕃茄湯因為實在太好飲
沙爹牛肉公仔麵
好彩拎到番屋企未索哂d湯麵都未發脹
食落仲好爽 軟硬度適中
沙爹味濃度恰到好處
最後不得不講奶油豬
拎到番屋企仲好熱好軟
唔係平時食到個d硬身既豬仔包
加埋d熱既牛油

一早聽過旺記好出名食滑蛋飯
所以今日晚餐就揀咗嚟依到試下
滑蛋蝦仁飯 ($57)
無因為出左名就賣到7 80蚊
晚餐嚟講都幾抵食
雖然依碟飯嘅材料好簡單
但係要煮得好食一啲都唔易架~
講左佢個主角 - 滑蛋先
滑蛋用左日本蛋 !!
咁就唔驚會因為雞蛋未經徹底煮熟 而食物中毒
蛋一睇就知唔會好老身 炒到滑一滑
可以覆蓋成個飯 應該有3至4隻蛋
另外蝦仁大大粒,爽口彈牙
再加埋 秘制豉油同蔥花
成功令我食晒成碟飯
另外覺得佢嘅飲品質素可以改善下
杯奶茶一般般~
所以依家同同事去食旺記嘅時間都盡量會避開lunch time,咁就唔駛等咁耐位,不過可能有一個風險就係自己鍾意食嘅會售罄。
佢哋嘅滑蛋叉燒飯- 滑蛋用日本蛋同奶,自製叉燒,秘制豉油
滑蛋可以覆蓋成個飯,蛋滑仲有蛋汁!
叉燒半肥瘦,煮得夠軟,每碟大約6-8塊左右
配上佢哋嘅秘製豉油,鹹甜適中,同個飯好夾,做到畫龍點睛嘅效果!
滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯,蝦仁大大粒,爽口彈牙,如果叉燒同蝦仁都想食嘅朋友就可以試吓雙拼啦!

不過叉燒已經無晒喇, 所以用牛肉🐮代替,
雞蛋🐣同以前一樣, 都係好滑好滑,煮得岩岩好,牛肉都係滑牛,無過熟
再加埋佢地自家製既鼓油, 有D甜甜地, 幾特別,,不過蝦仁🍤我覺得唔夠鮮味, 所以我下次一定一定會叫叉燒黎試下
同事就叫左””小確幸 旺記雜扒🐓🐖飯””
雜扒係有豬扒同雞扒, 見到都煎得好金黃, 無煎到乾晒, 重有肉汁留出黎TIM
同事都話OK, 不過覺得價錢有D貴
而服務方面, 可能係LUNCH TIME 時候啦, 所有侍應都係不太有笑容, 落單都係黑晒面☹️咁, 希望下次去會好少少啦

果然係人氣店星期五晚當然需要排隊等位
大約等左3 個字就可以入座
店內位置不多 幸運被安排二人位 唔洗搭枱
晚餐餐牌原來係無供應滑蛋叉燒 有d 失望
黎到旺記當然係要揀滑蛋做主食
最終揀左:
爽滑蝦仁滑蛋飯及豬軟骨特色沙律配滑蛋
豬軟骨有驚喜 煮得夠稔同有小小肥伴住
口感唔會一味齋稔
滑蛋好滑 唔會煮得過熟 份量夠應該係有落牛油去炒
主食有滑蛋,豬軟骨同沙律外仲有胡麻醬撈麵
味覺嘅衝擊
爽滑蝦仁炒蛋飯 蝦仁好爽 份量亦夠多同蝦都大隻
蝦蛋就較熟 似係中式炒滑蛋 滑蛋配埋蔥花 簡直係一絕
聞名不如見一面
一間會令我想encore 嘅新式滑蛋冰室
- 叉燒滑蛋飯
Mon Kee is not one of them. I visited it with my family and we ordered a great variety of food there. The portion was a bit less but the price and flavour were good enough for us to come for another visit.
Their signature prawn and cha siu in scrambled eggs rice, with the special sweet soy sauce. Fluffy and soft scrambled eggs. Although the ingredients are not quite enough for a big eater like me, the taste was better than most ordinary cha chaan teng.
That’s the daily special. Apparently, they are more generous with the pock chops. But the serving of the salad is quite pathetic to be honest. I have already asked for less rice but it’s still a lot of rice...
Luncheon meat with tomato macaroni. Thick soup but the taste would be more wholesome with tabasco.
Signature Crispy bun served with condensed milk with their signature egg again.
Crispy, crunchy and sweet are the three adjectives for it. Worth the calories? Maybe not.
My family who went for coffee remarked that the coffee doesnt taste quite rich. Maybe ask for another drink next time.
Coming back for lunch? Probably not.
But I do want to try their afternoon tea set — the peanut butter sandwich.
