今日同朋友行到攰就搵下野食,入到美麗華廣場都有好多餐廳選擇,其間見到滿樂潮州裝修好舒服,就決定試下,雖然都係飲茶食小菜,但有別傳統酒樓,裝修有時代感,坐椅亦坐得舒適。🍵先上四小杯茶水,飲落香醇,酸菜亦好惹味,唔會過酸,調味剛好,好快就清哂。😂🥢鮮蝦菜苗餃 $38粒粒飽滿,蝦肉好爽口,有菜有肉,口感清新。🥢布拉白腸粉 $38一碟看似平凡卻又不凡的布拉腸,爽滑不爛,滑嘟嘟既口感令人一口接一接。🥢五香炸芋絲卷 $60呢款香口既潮汕小食,係坊間好少見,所以我都係第一次食,配上五香醃料再先蒸後炸,外層有腐皮包住,濃濃芋香、好有口感。🥢潮式蘿蔔灌漿 $60呢款亦係潮州傳統小食,因為經油炸非常可口,食落滿滿蘿蔔既甜味。🥢潮州炒麵線 $98上碟時已嗅到香味,非常有鑊氣,食落爽身而不膩, 配上爽口韭菜和銀芽、香口豬肉一齊食非常惹味。好少地方可以食到正宗潮州菜,餐牌款式亦非常之多,而且服務員都好有禮貌,希望有機會試下小菜,晚市再黎食過。
