難得入來西貢搵朋友,未到約定時間,所以先吃個brunch先,見小巴站附近嘅呢條小巷有唔少小店,呢間泰國菜就吸引左我。見佢哋炒粉麵類都有好多選擇,就叫個大路小小嘅炒河粉啦,見佢上枱香噴噴,真係即炒㗎喎,幾惹味,之不過份量略嫌少咗啲,如果多返啲就perfect。跟住就有半打串燒,值得推介,夠大串,而且沙嗲醬is good,食到一滴不漏。最後馬拉盞炒菜就麻麻哋,馬拉盞味唔夠喎。以為唔飽,不過飲埋嘢後都飽嘅。三樣野加三杯特飲,每人大約一舊水,貴左少少,lunch咋喎,可能因為係西貢啦,定價可能較高。

有朋友約去行山,話行去西貢,我一聽到西貢,只掛住西貢美食,並冇考慮行山有幾辛苦,於是一口答應。最後行到死死下,朋友一路行山,一路不斷話:行完去食泰國嘢,比心機呀。朋友仲話滿泰平、靚、正,又大碟。滿泰是在一條冷巷仔內,佔有幾個細少的舖位,每個舖位都是两、三張枱而已。先來一碟木爪沙律,真係好大碟,成座山咁高。又酸又辣,好醒胃。木爪好爽,有少量豆角、牙菜、花生做配襯。炒金邊粉。有四隻蝦在面,有牙菜、蒽、花生粒做配襯,味道極似夏門炒米的味道。滷水雞翼金邊粉,36元。雞翼超大隻,一碗有三隻,我從未在食肆吃過如此大的雞翼,雞翼味道適中,不太咸不太淡。湯應是用蘿蔔淆出來的,絕不是味精湯。

有私人事入西貢 打算搵間平靚正 食完就走人睇門口似一般茶餐廳 但兩個鋪位打對面 兩間都係呢間餐廳聽人講西貢食泰國野最抵食 入去試下價錢正常 但好似不包餐飲 所以我地一行二人叫左兩個飯麵黎食都係泰式雞飯 一個麵 飯口感一般 雞肉比較硬身 唯一好處醬汁味道香口 比較辣另外 麵味道比較淡 要落枱面上的辣椒醬才夠味雞飯雞麵

雞飯有雞油煮,軟硬度岩岩好!

其實精髓係連埋果小碟泰式辣醬,另到你超開胃!

太辣時又可以飲返啖冬瓜湯,yummy !!!

雞肉再點上特製的辣醬, 超級野味, 令人胃口大開 !

三個菜式都同時送上,他食得慢就怕食物會變凍,所以我哋急急腳咁食,一邊昂高頭睇電視,心裏浮現製作鵝肝嘅畫面,用電視機餸飯,大家唔好學呀 哈哈。

入黎西貢唔食海鮮通常都會選擇食泰國菜或bbq,天氣仲係熱所以唔會考慮bbq,而泰國餐廳都比較多,水準都唔太差! 豬雞飯,擺得好求其,5件豬肉,6小件雞肉,豬肉雞肉又干又鞋,d飯只有輕微的暖,同豬肉雞肉一樣咁又干又鞋,簡單3個字,唔好食,賣相同味道都No Good!! 椰青好清甜又凍冰冰,啱哂依個天氣,飲完仲可以食埋d椰肉! 豬頸肉係依餐最好味,好香爽嫩滑,配埋個醬汁少少辣好惹味,下面加左好多菜所以實際上豬頸肉數量不多! 恐龍黃金蛋(唔太記得名稱)都係一般,皮蛋好干,皮蛋同外層的魚蛋黏唔實,味道與口感一般,而且唔抵食! 青木瓜沙律唔辣,但竟然都幾好味,青木瓜好爽口新鮮! 最後咸魚炒椰菜苗,炒得好香,咸魚唔算多剛剛好,椰菜苗好翠綠香甜,不過略為油多左d!

秋高氣爽,最適宜三五知己遠離塵囂,2013慶生第四擊,到郊外與藍天白雲玩遊戲。小學摯友大C和小C決定去香港的後花園 - 西貢,替小妹慶祝牛一。一早去到,先去小巴站附近的橫街小店永康粉麵飯吃中式早餐,粥和炸兩水準不錯,值得一試。環島遊後,約2點返到西貢,大C推薦我哋去橫街的滿泰小食店食泰菜。嘩,間店幾勁,霸佔了兩三個舖面,食客頗多。大C表示泰式雞肉飯極受歡迎,是必試之選,我哋要了一客。坦白講,雞飯賣相麻麻,約10餘條零碎的雞絲不規則地散落於飯上,猶如人家吃剩後的樣子。夾一條雞絲放入口,肉質幼嫩,味道偏淡且欠雞味,但卻不至於無味,可蘸上橘紅色的泰式醬汁以提味。粒粒小而尖的白飯不太熱,只是微溫的感覺。飯粒以香蒜炒過,伴著少許油分,粒粒分明,頗有嚼勁,惜絲毫不覺有雞油香。由於雞絲過少,中途已雞盡飯仍滿,幸有青咖哩雞伸出援手。$35大元一碟,再附送湯水,不能有太高的要求吧﹗沒有失望,又豈會有驚喜呢?泰式炒金邊粉水準不錯,且用料頗多,炒得極有鑊氣。幼而長的金邊粉炒得入味爽滑有嚼勁,配料有蝦、魷魚、火腿、芽菜、蛋及紅色蝦米仔,料足味道帶微辣,再混入香口的花生脆粒,並擠出青檸提味,口感層次極豐富,越吃

沒有失望,又豈會有驚喜呢?泰式炒金邊粉水準不錯,且用料頗多,炒得極有鑊氣。
幼而長的金邊粉炒得入味爽滑有嚼勁,配料有蝦、魷魚、火腿、芽菜、蛋及紅色蝦米仔,料足味道帶微辣,再混入香口的花生脆粒,並擠出青檸提味,口感層次極豐富,越吃越停不了口。好友怕油膩,整碟差不多由小妹全包了。

小妹叫的泰式三色冰,椰汁味不太突出,淨見紅綠兩色圓圓爽爽球,何來三色?與坊間煙韌彈牙三色條截然不同。大C的芒果冰更是不值半提,全無鮮芒果的香甜,僅是芒果糖醬溝開水,又賣25大元,幸不太甜無怪味夠冰涼﹗
