今天到尖沙咀看完展覽,順道到位於「新港中心」的「八月茶室」吃晚餐。餐廳的標誌是大月球,在商場門口便一眼看到。餐廳半開放式,光亮整潔,座位寬敞舒適。餐牌上除了一般茶餐廳美食之外,還有多款川粤小菜可供選擇。"招牌酸菜魚”,一大鍋上枱,雖然我只點了“小”的,但份量仍很多。材料除了鱸魚片外,還有酸菜、芽菜、秀珍菇、萵筍、薯粉等,十分豐富。鱸魚片鮮嫩爽滑,微辣滋味。薯粉晶瑩剔透,份外爽口。湯底濃郁,不太辣,最合我口味。“芝麻黑糖醋骨”,熱焫焫新鮮即製,脆口之餘又入味,配上新鮮菠蘿、黑糖醋,酸酸甜甜,非常惹味。“中式牛柳”,牛肉鬆軟而又有質感,配上酸甜芡汁,特別開胃。“枝竹豆卜火腩煲”,熱騰騰原鍋上枱,火腩皮脆肉嫩,肥瘦適中,配上豆卜、枝竹、蒜頭等,炆得非常入味。例湯,材料豐富的老火湯,有豬骨、合掌瓜、南北杏、紅蘿蔔等,清潤可口。這裏的川粵小菜做得出色,完全可媲美大酒樓及川菜館。

入黎新港中心搵食咁岩下午茶時間,去左呢間餐廳食個 tea set, 未食午餐太肚餓既關係,叫左焗芝士肉醬磨菇意粉。意粉上枱熱辣辣,肉醬味道幾香濃,但係意粉掛唔到 d醬汁,可能意粉水煮關係,本身無咩味道,所以同醬汁拌勻食仍然有點分離感覺。至於份量就勝在夠飽肚,跟餐有杯熱飲,飲左熱利賓納,味道偏甜。焗芝士肉醬磨菇意粉 $55

📍 八月茶室-尖沙咀又到糧尾啦🙄🙄晚餐求求其其食個茶記吧🤭估唔到求其入一間茶記都可以咁高質🥰✨ 福建炒飯炒飯同樣非常足料,每一啖都有齊蝦球、帶子同雞肉,而且仲有一絲絲瑤柱絲,最重要嘅係炒飯底,炒飯粒粒分明,蛋香十足,淋上醬汁拌埋一齊食超正🤗✨茄子豬頸肉煲一上枱己經熱辣辣沙沙聲,比一般豬頸肉切得厚身,肥瘦適中,唔會一口油。食落肉味好濃,邊位有燒到焦香,茄子淋身入味😳✨招牌酸菜魚剛送上桌的花椒油香氣撲鼻而來,再加上酸菜和香菜的香氣,另外店家魚的口感蠻細嫩,魚皮帶點膠質感,份量超多,兩個人會有種吃不完的感覺,酸菜酸而不鹹,湯頭會越喝越麻,不過很涮嘴,底下還有寬版的冬粉和肉片,超級有飽足感。✨乾煸四季豆每次吃川菜必點,四季豆油炸過後很香口,配上肉碎,真的超適合下飯。其實當晚全部菜都很適合下飯,所以我們最後還是忍不住點了白飯吃。

今日Lunch 一如既往到餐廳用餐,安排入座沒有問題,但落完order後員工派餐時,不小心將本人杯水倒瀉並且整到本人衫褲濕晒,雖然有口頭道歉,但之後只係安排本人坐到隔籬枱,完全無關心查問本人狀況,連俾張紙巾俾個客嘅動作都冇,真心餐廳服務質素去到咁,難怪依家咁多客人對香港餐廳心淡。老實講,本人情緒已經算淡定,但係遇到呢啲情況都覺得好無奈。所以今次係第二次對餐廳進行評價。好多時客戶係唔會主動去爭取任何補償,但會希望餐廳主動少少去care客戶感受。希望餐廳意識到今次問題去改善,如果唔係只會慢慢流失客人對餐廳既印象分。

今晚同老公去尖沙咀,佢提議食小菜,於是近近地入咗新港中心呢度,貪佢夠光猛又乾淨,嘢食種類多,小菜,川菜,鐵板餐,乜都有。招牌酸菜魚(小)$198必點之選,我地2個人要個細份量已經好夠,麻辣同酸菜比例恰當,魚片又大片又薄,好嫩滑,配上鮮味濃郁湯底真係食上癮。芝麻黑糖醋骨$80外觀吸引,d肉唔痴骨,好易食,黑糖醋味道微酸又帶甜香,加上芝麻,仲有菠蘿,呢小菜佐白飯最啱。紅燒豆腐斑腩煲$76上枱一揭開個蓋,香氣湧出來,未食已經覺得好正,豆腐同班腩都入哂味,豆腐夠夠嫩滑,班腩又大件,薑蔥好香,食認真好味。黃金脆皮蝦球$96好香口,鹹蛋黃起沙,味道香濃甘香,蝦肉夠爽口。雖然係茶餐廳,不過呢度做既小菜,味道都有番咁上下,仲幾有鑊氣,性價比高。

最近去左尖沙咀新港中心,食左八月茶室,覺得佢都叫係一間頗為不錯的粵式茶餐廳。無論是環境氛圍還是食物口味,都稱得上是合格水平。環境方面,八月茶室坐落於新港中心地下,空間寬敞明亮,裝潢保持簡約大方的茶餐廳風格。食物方面,我叫左個麥皮早餐,雖然價格不算太貴,但味道卻只算一般,奶油包直情唔可以叫好食,有少少覺得對唔住個方包,不過,店中的奶茶倒是不錯,都叫做入口柔順,茶香味適中,雖然我鍾意茶味濃啲,但都算係咁。另外,餐廳的服務態度也算可圈可點,服務員均保持禮貌親切,但就有送錯單嘅情況,食物放左係人哋枱一段時間先拎返比啱嘅客人。
