嘿嘿!一家超棒的新派中菜廳的食評!環境比起傳統茶餐廳真是太美了,裝修都是金黃光猛的,讓整個地方看起來非常奢華又有氣氛。而且,服務真的是一流!👍🏻首先點了碗麻辣水煮魚,真的超級下飯😋魚肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配上麻辣的湯底🔥 辣味和麻味完美融合,讓人吃得停不下來,湯裡加了許多豆芽和蔬菜還有寬粉,增添了不少口感的層次~接下來是老乾媽炒油麥菜。油麥菜炒得剛剛好,搭配上老乾媽的獨特味道,真是一絕!最後有黑椒牛仔骨。牛仔骨配上濃郁的黑椒醬汁,口感豐富且味道十分濃郁,每一口都讓人感受到牛肉的香氣和黑椒的辣味😆配上兩白飯加兩湯就是美味的家常飯了。

今日天氣寒冷,市區只有六度,忽然想起暖笠笠的“羊腩煲”。和朋友經過廣東道新港中心地面新開的“八月茶室”分店,門前正推廣合時的“羊腩煲”,正合我意。餐廳門面廣闊,燈光亮麗,座位寬敞舒適。除了羊腩煲外,餐牌上還有多款中西美食,川粤小菜可供選擇。「枝竹羊腩煲」配油麥菜,羊腩煲用不繡鋼鍋盛載,下面用火滾住,是個羊肉火鍋,而且羊肉份量不少,夠二人食用。羊肉肥瘦適中,肉質爽口兼無羶味,配菜有竹筍、枝竹、馬蹄、薑片、冬菇、秀珍菇......等。香濃的羊肉湯底浸油麥菜,味道一流。「椰香荔芋滑雞煲」,椰汁香濃,雞肉嫩滑而入味,芋頭腍軟入味,雞肉配椰汁是最佳拍擋。「芝麻黑糖醋骨」,酸甜口感,份外醒胃,上面灑上芝麻,加強口感,醬汁稍為比較濃味。「瑤柱蝦米浸時菜」,材料有瑤柱、蝦米、粉絲、白菜仔等,雖然比較清淡,但湯底有意想不到的味道,也相當惹味。惠顧小菜加$12有白飯、例湯。例湯是南北杏青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨老火湯,不容錯過。遊客區的平民食肆,環境、食物質素都有水準,性價比還很高。

❤XO醬豬頸肉炒河
味道其實近似乾炒牛河,但加上XO醬就更惹味,豬頸肉肉質爽口彈牙,而河粉滑口,炒得亦比較乾身,不會過份油膩,整道小炒亦頗有鑊氣。

❤️三色蒸水蛋

❤️四川回鍋肉
回鍋肉用上薄切豬腩肉片,份量頗多,肉片質地爽口,肥肉位 香口惹味,加上蘿蔔片、椰菜、乾辣椒、洋蔥等配料,味道豐富,另外四川風味帶有少少麻辣,令人食得過癮。

❤️川辣辣子雞丁
份量頗多的一道菜式,顏色紅紅綠綠,非常吸引。大碗中有滿滿的乾辣椒、雞丁及腰果。雞丁炸得乾身,脆口惹味,上面又灑有芝麻以及芫茜,令到香氣更提升另一層次。
