之前行過都已經想試吓佢啲甜品,今日就入去食晚飯。叫咗菜包肉、燒豬頸肉同埋兩隻大蝦。我覺得佢哋啲醬汁都跳得非常之好夠酸夠辣好開胃豬頸肉肥瘦均勻,咬落去係爽口彈牙配上醬汁,食完會再食。菜包肉啲肉多過菜好多,好滿足。不過隻蝦就俾佢呃咗😟😟😟餐單上面明明話係手臂咁大隻蝦,嚟到都係手掌咁大左右,仲要肉質好嚡,一撩即刻散咗。咁樣要180幾蚊唔係好值,可以唔使嗌最後都飽飽地,所以就冇叫甜品,下次會再試埋甜品。

之後就係大頭蝦,見到佢同餐單一樣好大隻,蝦肉都好夠雪白,咬落去都好實淨,燒熟嘅程度啱啱好唔會話燒到過熟, 用差一劃已經可以成嚿蝦肉拎出嚟,食呢個蝦有三個方法,第一個係淨係食呢個蝦肉,第二就可以點佢隔離綠色嘅醬汁,入面相信應該有啲泰式嘢料理例如金不換,食落去都好清新, 可以清新味蕾。而另一種就係點佢嘅蝦頭嘅膏,食落去蝦膏嘅甘香同蝦肉連埋一齊好夾。就咁食蝦膏亦都見到佢金黃色,仲有軟滑嘅口感,而且唔會話食淨嘅蝦膏就仲有第二種用法添就係用嚟撈炒飯食。

炒飯方面都非常之大兜,唔會好似餐單上面咁的骰。除咗有蟹籽之外,亦都有蟹肉喺度,撈埋嚟食可以增強口感。炒飯都好有鑊氣唔會話啲飯黐埋,而蟹肉亦都食得到佢一梳梳嘅口感,唔會話覺得蟹肉好削好梅。 就咁食已經可以食到蟹肉嘅香味,撈埋蝦膏食就能夠更加令到個炒飯更加香,更加有嗰種油嘅甘香,撈埋嚟成日都唔會話變得更加膩。

最後就嗌埋一個甜品,分別係手作黑糖珍珠雪米糍同芒果糯米飯雪糕,朋友同樣覺得芒果唔會酸然糯米嘅份量亦都足夠,雪糕亦都有兩球所以好夠飽。好似返咗去泰國食芒果糯米飯咁樣。而雪米糍佢就係雪糕上面鋪一塊糯米皮,隔離有黑糖珍珠之外仲有麻薯。麻薯同糯米皮食落去煙煙靭韌,但係一咬就會即刻斷,唔會話咬到牙痛都未咬完。珍珠煙煙韌韌,而黑糖醬嘅份量好適中,可以撈曬成個雪糕之餘,唔會話令到成個雪糕太甜。我哋都一至認定雪糕嘅質素都好高。下次嚟一定會再食下佢其他甜品。
