Both of us tried the Australian wagyu beef and Japanese wagyu .The fat is more evenly distributed in Japanese wagyu than these in Australian wagyu.The Japanese wagyu is much more tender than the Australian wagyu.You can feel the Japanese wagyu melting in your mouth.

There are different parts of cow provided in unlimited basis such as short ribs(牛肋骨肉),short plate(牛胸腹),bone-inshort rib(帶骨牛仔骨),Ox tongue(牛舌) and Brisket(特上牛五花).
These beefs are marinated and flovoured with different spices and sauces so that customers can order according to their preferences.

I recommenced short rib,shortmplate and Ox tongue.In terms of flavour,I think the Morihachi style/teriyaki sauce is most delicious.I will pass these season with pepper as the original tastes of the beef are overpowered by the strong flavour of the pepper.

Also,the flavour of chicken in salty lime sauce is quite strange as the lime sauce tastes artificial and not very match with the chicken.Other than that,all others are good.

I also highly recommend the Ox tongue as it is very tender.The chefs cut it into thin slices so all you need is to grill it around 30 secs and Voila-ready to serve.

The brisket is higher fat content and thin-slice comparing with the rest of beef part.If you want something that only take you few secs to cook.It will be you good choice.However,you have to be patient if you order the chicken wings as they are quite thick which take the longest time to cook.

The squid tentacles in spicy Korean sauce is also my favourite one.There are so many intense flavours which will definitely give you a kick and stimulate your taste buds.

There are also fried rice,udon,soup,vegetables,tempura,deep fried snacks,salads,appetisers.I recommend homemade seafood pancake,deep fried breaded prawn,chicken cartilages ,garlic clam soup,premium wagyu udon.
Last but not least,Portobello with herbs and butter!!The butter melted upon the heat which give the buttery,garlicky and Rosemary flavour.Yummmmm!!!""

The restaurant also serve icecream as dessert.There are signature icecream(caramelized syrup tofu icecream)and tofu icecream.I like The tofu one as its taste is very light,fresh and not too sweet.

The qualities of the food are above average with very reasonable price.However,the restaurant is not very spacious.You can hear what people said who seat next table.You won't receive very good service over here as the waiters and waitress are too busy running away to serve bunches of customers.I think the restaurant owner should recruits more manpowers in order to increase the service quality.

先點頭盤:點左沙律同冷豆腐~沙律正經,蔬菜新鮮爽口既。冷豆腐好香滑,豆味濃,點上胡麻醬一流~「蟹籽龍蝦沙律豆腐」我encore左3次~

肉類有包括各式牛胸腹、牛肋骨、一口牛、牛舌、黑豚肉、豚拖羅、雞肉、鴨胸。盛八既牛肉任何部位都好食,脂肪分佈平均、肉質粉嫩薄身、牛味夠濃,大家可以放心隨意點取~豬肉我較喜歡「豚拖羅」-脂肪分佈平均,有點似豬頸肉,入口即溶亦唔覺得膩~

海鮮方便我點左魷魚、蜆湯同大蜆。魷魚易燶所以無再encore;蜆湯無腥味;大蜆我encore左4次,大蜆上掃有鹽燒,肉算肥美。

食完一輪肉,再叫左讚崎烏冬同「法國有機青瓜」。 烏冬無咩驚喜,反而青瓜十分爽口,配上醋汁味道更好,可以舒緩飽濟感~

蔬菜時間:叫左「南瓜炒雜菜」、青瓜、南瓜、粟米同埋天婦羅~炒雜菜略咸。天婦羅既蝦好新鮮,其餘都炸得剛好唔會厚炸粉~

之前放Easter假期時, 拎多左中間4日自製一個比較長的假期. 大部份時間都係同孖寶一齊玩, 四圍去. 之後再同大家分享我地去左邊度玩!今次呢, 我真心想介紹下我地勁刷的一餐, 就係盛八的放題啦~其實之前係深圳試過, 都係盛八放題, 深圳的種類多好多, 有刺身又有壽司, 好多熱野, 可以話係應有盡有呀~真係好正!而今次食香港尖沙咀的盛八呢每位$228再加10%, 我地就另外每人加HK$30 upgrade左去食日本和牛. 一人限一碟, 咁當然係好好味啦~不過我家先生話太薄,好難煎呀!其他的食物都好新鮮, 其中自己好like佢地本身已經係熟的豆腐同埋豆腐ice-cream呀! 超正, 好滑同好香豆味呀!飲品可以無限re-fill, 但如果要轉酒類飲品就要加HK$50, 個point係成枱的人都要一齊加$50來轉. 好似我地旁邊個枱, 4個成人, 6個小朋友. 你叫人地點成枱轉呢, 真係好似好唔抵咁!我叫左好多round都係栗米呀, 翠玉瓜同mushroom, 因為比較喜歡食蔬菜類的野, 去食放題食呢d野係唔係好唔抵呢……..家人朋友都成日話我係妹仔肚!Overall其他肉類都可以, 都

最後埋單比較趕我地走咁,明明食到4點半
3點45分已經cut單,到4點15分驚死我地會唔走,就提多次要我地準時離開
好似一分鐘都不能多
我4點15分左右就走,行過見到有張枱仲好多肉,唔知到430係咪食唔哂都要out呢?

而且環境衛生有點差
食食下發現懷疑係小強bb起張枱到

終於又捱過一周,就同三五知己獎勵下自己,去餐靚靚和牛睇中依間野係佢可以有高質和牛食,而之後又有放題,唔洗驚食唔飽。起爐後,炭火紅旺,有明火的熱氣逼出,令人更加肚餓。首先食既係每位包一碟既澳州黑毛牛和牛,粉紅的色澤格外誘人,切得很薄,炭火的炙烤下很快轉色,挾起點上醬汁入口,牛味很濃,雖未到入口即溶,但都好味。放題方面,我地點左香草牛油燒大磨菇,五色胡椒一口牛舌等等。我自己最鍾意食蘑菇,剛燒好的大蘑菇內含飽滿鮮美的汁液,一咬下去嫩彈無比,還有好香既牛油香,食落啖啖菇肉,令人好滿足。一口牛舌表面塗滿胡椒粉,有很香的胡椒味,入口爽韌有嚼勁,飽含肉汁,微辣惹味,可以一試。手羽先,即係雞翼,已切成單骨,容易進食。 燒完非常之滑嫩冒熱氣。芝士櫻花黑豚肉卷,切得薄薄的豚肉卷上撒上一層芝士粉,燒完除左豬肉本身既香味外,有淡淡既芝士香。我地都喊左個韓式手造餃子,有點過油,但外皮焦脆,ok la。最後既甜品係盛八淇冰(即係雪糕)。 雲呢嗱底,上有焦糖醬,略甜。總結黎講, 我地最鍾意食既係和牛同大蘑菇

豚腩肉 - 較肥身多脂肪, 燒後肉質爽口, 豬味還是不錯。黑豚 - 選了芝士櫻花黑豚肉, 豬肉片事先加入了芝士, 芝士鹹香味與彈牙的豬肉有點不太配合襯。豚拖羅 - 肉質以三款豬肉中較為韌的一款, 當中以岩鹽青檸味最為濃郁。
