To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次就試咗甜醬油湯同黑蒜豬骨湯嘅鴛鴦鍋
每人都會有一個綠邊白底碟攞自助區生嘅食物
餐廳有自助加湯底嘅，不過個鍋本身湯底都多，都冇乜見有人加。
飲品方面有茶、汽水、果汁等等，原本仲有咖啡，但今日咖啡機壞咗所以冇提供。雪梨汁🍐係幾好飲嘅，但提子🍇汁就麻麻哋，淡到我飲唔出佢係果汁🍹
冷盤有沙律菜、芝麻八爪魚🐙、芥末帆立貝、辣味帶子邊。
熟食方面有咖喱飯🍛同關東煮🍢。關東煮味道都ok，有我鍾意食嘅布袋年糕😚
甜品有蛋糕、泡芙、大福餅。雪糕今日係3.5牛乳🥛同比利時朱古力🍫味，味道都算唔錯。
自助區有各式菜、丸、醬汁、麵
調味料選擇有幾款，唔算太多
食物選擇唔算太多，味道都唔算突出。不過勝在環境衞生都唔錯，餐廳乾淨整潔，員工用服務態度都好好👍🏻

60分鐘午市海鮮火鍋套餐每位$128，星期六、日、公眾假期同其前夕每人加$5，加埋一人均$146.3。
