今晚男友與男友人在葵涌晚飯,做跟得女友的我就下班從中環乘坐東涌線到葵涌會合男友,路程只需幾個站,所需時間比預繳中快得多。很少踏足葵涌此地,感覺都是住宅多,餐廳都是做街坊生意。他們隨意進了這間冰室,店內光猛。每位送例湯,今晚是粉葛湯。我們倆口子小炒兩個再加白飯就夠。他本來想吃羊腩煲,可惜店員說今晚沒有。唯有另點《豉椒炒蜆 $78》- 大碟、份量足,而且每個殻都連肉,不會有「殻多肉少」的情況。味道鮮甜而且用上豉椒很香口惹味,蜆肉算肥亦無沙。而我點了每見必點的《豉汁蒸白鱔 $98》- 同樣地份量足,每件白鱔都用上豆卜舖底,吸了醬汁的豆卜很入味;白鱔肉質爽口彈牙,骨軟易吃。兩款菜式的醬汁用來拌飯實在不錯。

今晚先生車我到附近做義工,做完後都差不多晚飯時間,所以還是找間餐廳吃完晚飯才回家。這條街的都有不少餐廳小店,但比較癢眼的就是這間,而且人流不少,街坊都去的應該不錯。簡單的叫了《冰鎮咕嚕肉 $88》和《海皇什菜煲 $68》冰鎮咕嚕肉的賣相很強,一大個玻璃兜放滿了大大粒的冰,之間夾雜了大大粒的咕嚕肉、原粒青提子、原粒車厘子和菠蘿片,很豐富。咕嚕肉炸後即冰令外層十分香脆,加上甜甜酸酸的味道很開胃。海皇什菜煲都很足料又大件,有魷魚、西蘭花、蝦、白菜、菜芯、雲耳、帶子和粉絲。湯底清甜,菜又夠腍同甜,粉絲吸了湯汁很惹味。

今晚到葵涌同班舊同學踢波,之後便跟其中一位師兄到他的家附近食飯傾偈。他帶我到這家冰室,說價錢相宜又夠飽肚,差不多算是他的飯堂。他拍板點了 冰鎮咕嚕肉 $88 和霸皇雞 $78(半隻)。霸皇雞看似乾身,但肉質入味不韌,醬汁夠提味,叫多碗白碗撈汁一流。冰鎮咕嚕肉好架勢,有大量冰塊凍感十足,咕嚕肉好脆口,而且每件咕嚕肉都好大粒,最適合男人一口一件,口感十分,加上味道酸甜,有夠醒胃。冰室無加一。 下次踢球後識路食飯了。
