因為探長輩既緣故過左黎石蔭,喺諗唔到食乜既情況下就入左呢間冰室試下。餐牌同一般茶記差唔多有家常炒粉麵、碟頭飯等,仲有例牌小菜套餐,包白飯、中湯同餐飲。我揀左好多人推薦既冰鎮咕嚕肉,價錢偏高,喺茶記食梗酒樓既價錢,但黎到果然有驚喜真係好多冰鎮住咕嚕肉食得多,冰鎮就真係第一次食,份量唔少,大約有十幾舊咕嚕肉,舊舊都大大舊。唔知係咪冰凍左既關係,咕嚕肉食落外脆內軟,肉質容易咬開唔會痴牙,外層係脆身,唔會好似平時食既咁痴牙,亦唔會漏,甜甜酸酸好開胃除左咕嚕肉,仲有啲冰凍既菠蘿、提子同車厘茄做伴碟,食落都清新健康啲,即使無菜都唔會太寡。輕而易舉送哂成碗飯!唔大食既真心可以兩個人嗌一個餸兩份食,因為份量真係幾多下呢個真心推薦必試!!

第三樣餸係椒鹽九肚魚,食食吓都聽到隔離話,「後生仔都係比較鐘意食煎炸嘢。。」哈!又係喎,我哋好似唔熱氣嘅都唔叫,食既時候就好好味,食完之後先至會驚係咪太過熱氣。冇辦法,唯有整返杯凍奶茶,cool down吓先,當然依啲只不過係自我安慰,等自己冇咁guilty嘅藉口黎姐。

總括黎講,餐廳無論係食物、裝修同服務方面都好OK,下次有機會一定再黎。

野食真心高質,我地叫左2碟招牌小菜,冰鎮咕嚕肉好高質,用冰鎮咕嚕肉真係第一次聽,但話晒招牌菜梗係試試佢,唔知係咪冰鎮過冷河既關係,肉質外脆內軟,未上之前都有擔心冰鎮會唔會好奇怪,點知唔會,雖然有加冰,個肉暖暖地,反而好好入口,佢地仲用左提子,菠蘿同番茄黎增加口感甜味,忽起平時食既咕嚕肉既口感豐富好多,呢道菜真心推介,用黎做招牌菜真係無得輸🤤食完都好想返尋味,再黎一盤。

另一味餸招牌黃金蝦都整得非常特別,有別平時食返既黃金蝦,佢用咸蛋黃加麵粉去炸,蝦身雖然無過過冰河,但果樣炸到脆卜卜,脆到殼食麵唔係咩問題,而且成道菜味濃得黎唔會太過份,食完咕嚕肉依個味甜既菜,再上一個黃金蝦既咸味,一咸一甜都做得好好食,好似上演左上場味蕾既交響樂,另外呢2味餸送飯一流,真係好正!!

茶記冰室是一間十分新穎的茶餐廳,雖然它是一間冰室,但是它的菜式很特別和新穎。茶記冰室的佈置就是以懷舊為主。雖然只是點了三個菜,但是兩個人吃的話已經足夠。因為只要叫小菜的話,他都會包湯飯和飲品。首先送上來的湯雖然是送的,但是也十分足料。不是只落味精的湯。首先就是點了這家餐廳的招牌菜冰鎮咕嚕肉。冰鎮咕嚕肉是一個十分新穎的Idea,從別的地方好像也沒看過這道菜。有別於平時吃的咕嚕肉,送上來的時候它是放在冰堆裏然後就會有一種有冰火交融的感覺,十分特別。然後就是點了個魚香茄子煲,這道菜的份量很多,十分抵吃。溫度剛剛好不會太熱也不會太冷。然後有一點辣的味道但是還是可以接受的。最後就是點了一個西蘭花配魷魚。西蘭花很入味,味道濃郁。然後配上魷魚,魷魚十分彈牙而且又不會很難咀嚼, 十分推介這道菜。
