豬小姐由一對夫妻經營,每天購買新鮮的食材烹調,售完即止。最受歡迎的生滾豬雜湯河粉($45),瘦肉、豬粉腸、豬肺、豬潤、豬腰等應有盡有。眾所周知,內臟如果不夠新鮮,就很容易有股腥臭味。但這碗豬雜完全沒有問題,全部都很新鮮。而且店家很仔細處理內臟,以豬粉腸為例,不單通得乾乾淨淨,還去除多餘脂肪,讓人吃得放心。店家生滾內臟的時間也拿捏得剛好,豬腰很爽脆,喜歡吃內臟的人來到豬小姐,可以毫無顧慮的吃新鮮又乾淨的內臟,一定大呼過癮。河粉的湯頭很清甜,因為豬雜一點羶味也沒有,並不需要用胡椒粉湯底辟味。喜歡吃惹味一點的,必定要加豬小姐自家調製的辣椒油,只須加少量,便非常非常香,為豬雜提味。我吃一口加了辣椒油的豬雜湯河後,就忍不住一直加辣椒油,一直加一直加,直至吃完整碗河粉。豬小姐有出售玻璃樽裝的辣椒油,下次要買一樽在家享用。紅棗杞子醉豬手($65)是誠意之作,冰涼的豬手浸得入味,富酒香,沒有肥膏,卻有滿滿的骨膠原。如此用心處理食材的小店值得多多支持!

很久以前就聽過,想不到轉換了工作地點後,來這兒只消五分鐘。這家店子還挺有性格,可說是賣質素,有要求的。午餐時間,吾等一行四人,坐正中間,其餘兩邊只剩兩張二人對食座。此時,有四位年輕OL到來,想坐到後面二人座,店員卻堅持“那是四人座,以免各食客太迫太擠”。結果,四名女士離開沒光顧,這樣,店子變失了四份午餐的生意。豬雜,有瘦豬肉,豬腰,豬脷,豬肚,豬肺,豬肝,豬心,湯底清甜,加青荵。每款豬內臟都有兩三件,還頗清潔,爽,白淖,這樣$38比純豬潤米划算得多。豬潤不算美味,比起維記新鮮淖的好像老了少許。豬脷薄薄的兩片,又鮮又滑,與媽媽煲湯那厚切豬脷是截然不同的感覺。不太喜內臟人士,可淨吃豬潤麵或燒鴨麵。辣椒油何其香辣,與南記的比較,有過之無不及,但礙於現場及當天天氣實太炎熱,吃著鮮滾的湯麵,真是份外熱辣,不能放太多辣椒油。

每款豬內臟都有兩三件,還頗清潔,爽,白淖,這樣$38比純豬潤米划算得多。

豬潤不算美味,比起維記新鮮淖的好像老了少許。豬脷薄薄的兩片
,又鮮又滑,與媽媽煲湯那厚切豬脷是截然不同的感覺。

不太喜內臟人士,可淨吃豬潤麵或燒鴨麵。


辣椒油何其香辣
,與南記的比較,有過之無不及,但礙於現場及當天天氣實太炎熱,吃著鮮滾的湯麵,真是份外熱辣,不能放太多辣椒油

慕名來到這間口碑不俗的小店,才知道下午一點才開門,惟有先閒逛半小時。不過事實證明,這番等待是值得的,按招牌點了豬什湯河,本身對豬内臟有點抗拒,但仍整碗吃光了,湯頭清甜帶點疆絲,有淡淡雞酒的清香,豬什看得出經過仔細處理,十分乾淨,且口感十足,難怪開業只幾個月,便客似雲來。據聞無骨燒鴨瀬和醉豬手也頗有名,待下次多人前往,必點品嚐!
