嚟間新派粵菜到底有幾特別食過你就知!環境裝潢跟一般酒樓大有不同,以藍白色為主調,有和諧的感覺。先嚐兩款前菜:藍莓鮮准山准山爽口,藍莓汁酸咪咪跟准山好夾。冰鎮話梅涼瓜夏日炎炎最佳涼伴,涼瓜爽脆,又酸又甜,另胃口大增。龍蝦湯浸千層竹採用了龍蝦餚製,湯底清甜美味。一層一層的腐竹吸盡龍蝦湯精華,夠入味,有創意。金沙脆蝦球外層漿衣薄脆,蛋黃起沙,惹味!蝦隻又大又爽,多吃也不膩。每一道菜都經過心思配搭,不錯!
