同事發咗達,lunch time已經食和牛啦🤷🏻‍♀️不過呢個價錢絕對物超所值👍🏻唔好睇佢個牛扒好似平平無奇咁,入口嘅感覺都令人幾印象深刻😍以為日本和牛實係好油膩好滯嗰種感覺,但係佢呢一個牛扒反而係食到牛肉嘅香味,當然佢個質感都係和牛嗰種軟嫩感覺,有油香但係絕對唔肥膩,可以配搭柚子胡椒、竹炭鹽、岩鹽又或者炸蒜片一齊食,個人覺得竹炭鹽同埋柚子胡椒嘅味道都好適合用嚟點個牛扒,我個人建議用竹炭鹽配Wasabi點個牛扒就最正👍🏻

The chutoro has a good balance of fattiness and richness, the fat is spread evenly throughout the meat.  The lean-cut Akami has a delicate texture and a good depth of flavor.  The Shima Aji and Madai are super fresh and bouncy, while the aka-Ebi has a springy texture with a sweet ending.

星期日諗住早啲食飯,17:50落完order, 18:05差唔多上哂菜,叫咗4次暫停,冇人睬。離譜到一個點。負責人話入咗單師傅就燒,咁點解我叫咗四次暫停,都冇人叫師傅hold住。因為冇客人,連埋我哋得兩枱客,所以就唔理客人食唔食得切,有理冇理都照上。落單個女侍應帶住耳機,同佢講嘢又聽唔到,淨係識係咁推介我哋叫呢樣叫嗰樣,又唔會同我哋分單上菜,3個人就喺呢15分鐘內已經有10樣嘢擺喺枱面,食串燒應該慢慢上,慢慢食,啲串燒凍咗邊好食,搞到我哋就要係咁趕住食。簡直垃圾食市,唔怪之得香港人要北上消費😡!!!

經過灣仔船街見到開咗一間新居酒屋。佢哋好熱情介紹餐單,就俾個機會入去食個午餐。午餐選擇都多,有刺身、有熟食、有串燒,見到佢個蒲燒鰻魚係即燒,仲有等20分鐘就知道佢新鮮。午餐都幾多嘢食,有沙律、茶碗蒸、腌菜、味噌湯。幾鍾意佢哋個通粉沙律,茶碗蒸都做得唔錯。等咗10零分鐘,播鰻魚飯終於上台。嗰盒飯都幾大盒,入面就鋪住咗原條鰻魚。喺鰻魚底就係飯,有啲紫菜碎同埋鰻魚汁。就咁食已經夠味。鰻魚佢燒到卜卜脆,但係肉質非常之腍,筷子一夾就斷。鰻魚都係算肥,連埋飯一齊食就好惹味。可以加少少山椒粉落去等佢冇咁油膩。而家天氣凍坐喺佢哋對住街嗰啲位應該都幾舒服。
