To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 簡單一碗鴛鴦米,感覺魚丸和牛丸是一般般的,沒有什麼彈牙的感覺,不是很好吃。但也不是不能接收。還有個油油的東西,是春卷?我還以為是魚皮餃。很多人向我推薦,我卻十分不喜歡,太油了,沒什麼蛋白質的感覺。不過才22蚊呀,不能抱怨什麼了。湯底還比較鮮甜的,但喝完會口渴。
也試過這裡的韭菜餃子酸辣小窩米線。餃子很一般,裏面沒有什麼餡,不過香港朋友說好吃。讓我個北京人對這樣的餃子收貨實在很難 值得贊的是碗裏很多芽菜和豆皮,比較清爽。米線比較細,口感不錯,煮的不爛。湯是酸辣湯底,但我感覺不出辣味,挺好喝,有絲絲甜味,裏面肯定加了糖。於是喝了很多,撐了一下午
我第一次來這裡是一個下雨天,很少人出街食飯,所以不用排队也有位置。如果人不多的話也許還會來,但鑒於一般時間都要排隊半小時,還是算了吧~~

I always go for the spicy & sour broth with pork and spring rolls, it tastes the same every time from any branch.
The noodles are always slightly al dente, which is a good thing, and the meat full of flavour (both the sliced pork and the ground pork) there are some pickles in the soup, which add a slightly sweet taste, and some very thin tofu (yuba in japanese), which somehow managed to hold the flavour of the broth too.
A great lunch for a cold day.
非常失望,連酸菜都好大舊,腐皮是淋和糊口,芽菜唔爽口和韮菜已經沒有香味。湯底還有些苦味。
唯一是米線可以接受。但是已大大影響胃口。

今晚一直都未有決定晚飯地點, 加上近排身體不適進食太豐富的食物. 路過的南記, 便決定了晚餐地點了!
店內的格局似快餐店, 先到櫃台下單比錢, 之後聽號碼拎食物. 全部都係四人座位, 座位不能移動的. 點了四寶紫菜粉, 豬腩肉小鍋加春卷, 兩杯大豆漿 四寶紫菜河: 有牛丸, 魚蛋, 墨魚丸同春卷各2件加一堆的紫菜. 清湯底, 枱面有梅菜同豆板醬提供. 春卷並不會太油, 內應該係用魚肉整的. 而其他丸, 彈牙但味道並無特別.
豬腩肉小鍋加春卷: 湯底好濃味不過辣. 豬腩肉唔肥而肉質鬆軟. 我相信, 出名應該係因為性價比偏高. 但如果說要專登到香港仔應該唔會喇...
