今日返工放飯嘅時候,咁啱見到三哥樓上有間新餐廳,見到個餐牌都幾吸引就上去食。Lunch有set menu,主要係以西餐為主,本身都想試佢個港式臘味卡邦尼意粉,但因為又想食肉,所以就叫咗個紅酒燴牛面頰意粉。落咗order冇耐就上咗個免費嘅雲丹豆腐前菜,顧名思義就係海膽豆腐配日式醬汁,海膽嘅份量非常足夠,而且亦非常巧妙咁用咗偏硬身嘅豆腐,同海膽帶出咗個差別,口感更加豐富,而且配日式汁,做到開胃嘅感覺。同同事傾咗陣偈,牛面頰意粉就整好,試多次覺得幾大驚喜。平時食到紅酒燴牛面頰都係忟到軟爛,而且會有機會因為想入味啲,而搞到外層太鹹。但係呢度嘅牛面頰口感啱啱好,咬落去軟熟,但仲有肉嘅質感,而且牛面頰本身係有少少筋喺入邊,每一啖都有好重嘅膠質,感覺自己食咗好多骨膠原落肚。而且佢喺咁長時間嘅烹調下,都無令塊牛面頰有過鹹嘅情況,相信係烹調嘅時間上面都花咗唔少心機。總括而言,呢一間餐廳嘅質素絕對對得住價錢,平時經過不妨試吓。 continue reading

係上環番工,見有新餐廳開,膽粗粗走去試新嘢🤭一試就感受到個廚好有心首先嚟個精緻前菜,海膽豆腐配日式醬汁😍海膽新鮮,豆腐係硬身少少嘅款,同海膽有質地分別,做番個差別感,唔錯唔錯👍🏻我叫咗個封門柳配意粉,個牛真心,不得了❤️百幾蚊有呢個質素,真係好正,生熟度完美,入口滑身,又有口感得嚟夠哂油脂香氣,好平衡到,正。個菜同意粉正常水準發揮,正嘅。到最後大廚有嚟問兩句個菜得唔得,知道佢新開,所以問多少少意見,好有心,所以9年唔出食評都忍唔住出番篇🤭Btw,早排老細請食飯,去咗某間食扒,個間個扒🥲而家有呢間新嘢入口袋🤓Yeah continue reading
