上星期有親戚從遠方來,剛巧又住在深井,於是即興入去食飯.揀能記,只因住在深井的auntie說這間比較好吃.點了個八百多元的餐,主菜當然是燒鵝. 嘩,勁大隻,不算好肥但多汁,皮都幾脆.至於其他餸都OK,不過沒有特別.坦白說,隻燒鵝的確不錯;但其實現在市區都有很多有水準的燒鵝,所以山長水遠走入去純粹為"深井燒鵝"的風味.

燒鵝:一如以往要咗半隻,因為要等出爐,所以嚟到其他餸都食晒嘞!隻鵝唔算大隻,燒鵝皮因為啱啱出爐又熱又脆,仲要燒得恰到好處有好多肉汁流出嚟!
肉質唔夠陳記嫩滑稔身不過就唔肥,鵝味亦好濃郁,食得過!


齋瀨粉:佢個瀨粉夠彈牙又比陳記強喎,仲要浸咗好耐都唔會發漲或者稔晒斷晒,唔錯!

當然最好食仲係陳記啦!

之前去過傅記同陳記, 咁今晚就嚟能記試吓啦.點咗個例牌燒鵝 - 皮唔脆, d肉唔滑, 無陳記咁好食;咸菜胡椒豬肚湯 - 好多胡椒, 我男友就好鐘意, 但我就覺得ok啦, 因為d豬肚唔滑.檸檬蒸烏頭 - 蒸老咗, 無上次陳記咁滑, 但佢都落足料既.但下次如果再揀, 我就唔會再嚟能記囉.

我今晚心血來潮想食燒鵝,咁咪去能記買囉! 去到時隔離間裕記就排晒隊, 佢地都有算坐滿嘅.我地買外賣, 果個老闆有啲不滿咁叫我個女出去門口等,咁都算啦!但當我返到屋企一打開個蓋,真係唔敢想像...仲衰過o係燒臘店果啲...皮唔脆-我當係放喺個盒度;亂糟糟都算,但點睇都冇半隻啦...唔同果隻係芝麻鵝???咁點值百幾蚊呀?!我一向都會企喺度睇住個師傅斬架,未試過咁離譜. 但今次我個屋企人唔為意,就比人揾苯!!!個老闆一向都好唔禮貌o架啦,估唔到做生意咁唔老實.我絶對唔會再介紹比朋友,就算係仇人都會...費事益咗佢多單生意添!

早幾日朋友想試下入深井食燒鵝,睇openrice 有人話這能記d野唔錯,於是帶佢去試下。七點半行到門口,間野入面無咩人,心諗唔使等位啱晒啦,又靜靜地,於是入去是旦搵個位坐低。點知一入去就有個侍應攔住我地,問我地有幾位,我話有五個仲有一個黎緊,佢問仲有幾耐佢先會到,我話:“好快,佢就係出面行緊入黎”,佢竟然仲追問“咁即係仲有幾耐?”“即係仲有幾多分鐘??”(佢係咁攔住唔比我地坐…我同個frd 都好驚…一時間唔知點答…我點知幾多分鐘呀大佬….賽車咩…) 佢仲話你唔佢知幾時到,咁我點安排d位比你地? 先上一個湯,用盅燉的.好濃味,有少少“渴喉”tim!正!
然後是半邊鵝,我個frd 就話d肉好唔鮮太油,似燒鴨多d,不過覺得幾好食,d肉軟d皮夠厚,林林地又多肥肉,要加多d酸漿

不過原本有兩個菜,個老闆娘話兩樣今日都無貨,話可以將兩碟計埋,轉做一條蒸青斑魚,一樣價錢。

唔知點解條青斑好大陣泥味,滑溼溼咁,個老闆娘話條魚係新鮮的。我未食過,所以唔知其實係點,希望係咁啦

dfrd 食完話好口渴,想飲野,於是出去發記食甜品,但所有人都好似搞到好唔開心咁。哎…下之都係去其他了

昨日本來和一大班朋友到裕記食燒鵝, 但因要等好耐才有位, 大家都肚餓便到隔離能記試一試. 去到先叫一隻燒鵝, 上時隻鵝雜亂無章, 都唔緊要. 試一試鵝胸,一入口,莫說是脆皮,根本是極韌. 味道又太鹹....$280....任何一間燒味店都好食過佢....結論... 無下次....

山長水遠入到嚟,因為今晚想食燒鵝,一諗就諗到深井,最後揀咗能記。估唔到原來店舖幾細,不過坐滿晒人。燒鵝例牌,估唔到咁大碟,三至四人食都仲得,味道唔差又唔係特別好啦。加埋瀨粉食,瀨粉唔會淋pat pat,唔錯。仲有豉椒炒蜆同埋椒絲腐乳通菜,一般啫,炒蜆太辣喇,反而我鐘意多點豉椒味。

諗起冇試過深井燒鵝,咪來試下囉。 叫左半隻鵝,咕嚕肉,椒鹽鮮魷,海王豆腐同炒蜆。隻鵝最出名,但期望越大,失望越大囉,油到死,又唔係話好好味。咕嚕肉同海王豆腐就麻麻啦,椒鹽鮮魷又多粉,最差係炒蜆,一半係壞既,又凍又唔新鮮。唉仲話出名點解仲衰過出面d大排檔架而且又貴仲要貴得好離譜

個次同男朋友探完屋企人係深井諗住順便係個到食燒鵝到左最出名個間點知爆哂唯有去隔離 入到去見佢都唔係無位但係就無人黎招呼咁企左一陣先有個小朋友過黎帶我地坐低坐低左佢又一支箭咁走左去其他客到好似成間野得佢一個睇哂咁好啦到叫到佢過黎叫茶今次醒d 順便叫野食唔係以佢既人手應該有排都過唔到黎好我地兩個人叫左燒鵝半隻炒蜆同海皇豆腐等左好耐先黎茶仲要沖錯既個小朋友都好識講對唔住不過就無諗過幫我地換算照飲第一樣黎既係燒鵝賣相唔錯起碼唔係斬到甩皮甩骨但係放入口就好唔掂皮一d都唔得仲開始有d硬而d肉就好似煲湯廋肉咁... 我都聽聞呢間係最唔掂但無諗過差到咁男友就更加食到黑哂面咁之後再叫飯等飯途中黎左個炒蜆夠大隻而且都幾好味今日最好食係呢樣... 之後個海皇豆腐黎埋但係個飯都唔知去左邊...再叫個侍應過黎佢先即刻比我...記性差講番個豆腐熱就幾熱不過食到d豆腐好似有陣怪味另一個waiter 建議我地轉食其他...心知不妙啦...算了唔食之後坐左陣埋單睇番台上除左炒蜆食得哂之外半隻鵝都仲有一半係到...埋單二百幾...唔算好貴...不過一d都唔值我覺得最首先要改善既係食物既質素招牌都可以搞到不知所謂既真係唔

之後再叫飯等飯途中黎左個炒蜆夠大隻而且都幾好味今日最好食係呢樣... 之後個海皇豆腐黎埋但係個飯都唔知去左邊...再叫個侍應過黎佢先即刻比我...
記性差講番個豆腐熱就幾熱不過食到d豆腐好似有陣怪味另一個waiter 建議我地轉食其他...心知不妙啦...算了唔食之後坐左陣埋單睇番台上除左炒蜆食得哂之外半隻鵝都仲有一半係到...
埋單二百幾...唔算好貴...不過一d都唔值

我覺得最首先要改善既係食物既質素招牌都可以搞到不知所謂既真係唔掂而小菜角色亦都重要一間飯店連豆腐都有問題其他食物又點會好?
另外服務方面係個到食左咁耐只係見到三個侍應印象中個日仲係公眾假期三個侍應又點服務得哂咁多人而且仲要有一個唔係熟手連茶都沖錯其他服務又如何?
這間飯店已經進了我的黑名單了

a friend recommended nang kee to me last time when we met up, she told me that the food there was great. so i went there on sunday, and i must admit that wut she said is really true. the followings were what we ate on that day: 1) roast goose = delicious and tender 2) deep fried curd bean = crispy (lovely)3) shrimp = strongly recommend4) fried rice = gr8even though the restaurant was quite crowded on that day, but the service was not bad. one reminder, the boss is real nice and his jokes were h

今晚一行五人到深井食燒鵝,本來打算到裕記,但無訂位要等半個鐘,又聽到隔離能記有位,所以抱住大家應該差不多的心態一試。今晚order菜式包括:1)「胡椒豬肚湯」,胡椒辣味真係好勁,湯都算有味,ok得。2)「煎蠔餅」,個樣都似模似樣,但其實係蠔仔炒蛋,完全無落薯粉,所以好散,一d都唔香脆,唔掂!3)「燒鵝半隻」,心諗招牌菜一定無死錯人,但一望已經發覺唔對路:皺皮,即係唔係即燒果隻。再放入口,唉,唔熱,皮唔脆,d肉實過我阿婆,全無鵝味,仲衰過美心d燒鴨!傅記同裕記真係好食過佢十倍!4)「味菜鵝腸」,唔熱,鵝腸好un,全碟水汪汪,完全無炒過跡象,感覺係鵝腸用水灼熟左之後,再撈入味菜便上,唔掂。5)「潮式脆炸豆腐」,全場最熱係呢碟!上跟一碗有菜碎鹽水,問個侍應果碗係乜,佢好有禮貌咁答:「呢碗係for個豆腐,但我都唔係好清楚...」夠坦白!豆腐個面好脆,但一d味都無。問侍應d椒鹽,佢應左一聲,就無返過...6)「蝦醬通菜牛肉」,直情係能人所不能獨門菜式!完全唔熱,無鑊氣,好似撈沙律撈埋一碟咁。雲吞面檔d油菜好味過佢十倍!唔好以為我挑剔作野,我地隔離果兩食到媽媽聲,上菜慢不特止,招牌鵝唔掂,
