同朋友仔二人放假喺荃灣行完街街, 一心入深井食靚燒鵝, 原本打算去出名個兩間, 但當日係星期五無book位, 嗰兩間門口排曬長龍, 起碼要等一個鐘以上, 咁攞咗籌之後週圍行下行行下見能記, 招牌大大隻始創於一九六二年, 成五十年老字號, 又好多名星幫襯過, 都應該唔講得笑喇, 我哋兩個又餓餓哋兼累累哋, 見仲有兩三張枱, 咪入去試下喇, 坐底當然叫炭燒燒鵝(例牌), 伙記推薦燉湯 (淮山杞子燉螺頭湯), 清清哋叫多半條咸檸檬蒸烏頭, 等咗一陣, 就見伙記拎碟燒鵝放在面前, 睇落去色澤唔錯, 滿心期待係即燒即食, 我兩唔客氣即起筷放落咀...凍的!!! 失望了, 淮山杞子燉螺頭湯, 料多但很名顯係落咗"師傅", 咸檸檬蒸烏頭魚不太新鮮, 兩個人專登坐車入深井食熱騰騰的燒鵝就係咁泡湯了!!
