之前天后誕回來幫手,夜晚又來過呢度食飯。覺得食物係唔錯,所以得意帶內地同事今日快閃一日長洲順便嚟呢度食個午飯。基本上都係公道嘅,雖然我哋叫自選套餐食。都有講解自選套餐嘅份量會少啲,尤其是海鮮嗰度。咁所以海鮮嗰度瀨尿蝦就另外叫$298斤。中型size呢個價錢有少少貴,不過炸得幾脆,速殼都食埋。炒青菜同埋乾炒牛河都係另外叫嘅,個牛河幾有鑊氣,但係佢比太多牛肉太少粉,啲同事覺得唔夠飽😂。教返其他食物先,個椒鹽人魚都幾彈牙,將瞓唔算厚個南瓜骨都好香口又夠熱辣辣,可惜南角落得唔夠多,如果再落多少少就正啦。豉椒蟶子同埋辣酒煮花螺佢話同正價小菜份量一樣,咁我就覺得個花螺就偏少咗啲啦,好彩喺自選套餐裏邊嗌同埋啲花螺好似溝咗唔同種類同埋啲肉有少少唔新鮮,如果下次食嘅話可以skip。個蟶子雖然係細隻嗰款,但係都幾好肉,可惜個醬太杰身,有少少似漿糊咁。咁扇貝嗰度跟餐係有五隻,咁加多一隻都係$25都係叫正常價錢,粒元貝都幾鮮甜撈埋啲粉絲蒜蓉一齊食真係一流。食飽飽再望掛喺上面㗎橫額,先醒起有個芝心丸冇叫,我記得嗰個真係好好食,下次一定要再食。

求其上網睇吓有冇推介,筆者介紹這間新金湖性價比高,所以試吓。首先這間海鮮是離碼頭最遠的,沿途也有超過10間海鮮店鋪。入到去已經預留一張比較大的枱,有足夠凳放東西,每張枱的相隔距離亦相當充足,坐得幾舒服,普洱茶夠熱。我們三個人,點了一個$388的套餐,有椒鹽賴尿蝦,四隻蒜蓉粉絲仙貝,蒸黃立䱽,蒜蓉炒菜心,一個老火湯。另外再加一碟豉椒炒蜆,一支Hoe啤酒,埋單$510左右。椒鹽賴尿蝦比較細隻,食落去冇乜肉,味道可以,始終係椒鹽炒,所以比較鹹。蒜蓉粉絲仙貝蒸得過熟,味道好鹹。蒸黃立䱽質素及味道過得去。蒜蓉炒菜心比較老,唔好食,蒜蓉落得太多比較鹹。老火湯幾好味。另外加炒蜆$98,幾大碟,不過就超級鹹。食完會有一塊蜜瓜送,但唔夠凍。環境可接受但海鮮質素整體感覺一般,食完之後覺得非常鹹,好口渴,或者其他小菜會出色,價錢合理,但在我們來說,幫襯過一次便足夠。

由於有家人住在長洲,所以間唔中都會落去這間海鮮飯點食晚飯,大部分時間都是自家購買海鮮再取到飯店加工,海鮮品質有保證 。但今次人少所以選擇店內的經濟7餸套餐,椒鹽魷魚、椒鹽九肚魚、雜菜煲、避風塘炒蟹、咕嚕肉、蒜蓉蒸扇貝,另加蕃薯牛柳粒、鍋貼小棠菜和潮式蠔餅。椒鹽九肚魚和椒鹽鮮魷炸得很香很好味,外皮沒有想像中咁厚,但避風塘炒蟹就有啲失望,可能係套餐所以隻蟹嘅size很細,肉質也不是太鮮嫩,蠔餅也不是想像之中的潮式蠔餅,蠔肉有少少腥唔好食,番薯牛柳粒和咕嚕肉做得很好味,整體食物都可以。

上年同一時間來這裡,叫左同一批食物,本來滿心期望,好可惜,今年水準卻勁下降,碟頭又細哂。其實坐低時見到冇乜客都知出事。首先叫左孖寶之一的蒸開邊蝦,哇,點解縮哂水!真係難為個廚師,可以用咁好刀功,片到啲咁細嘅細蝦米仔,墊底嘅粉絲又碎淫淫,成碟食哂都唔知食左啲乜落肚。孖寶其二係蒸海上鮮,條䱽魚仔係普通街市$30貨色,但反而同舊年一樣,雖然冇驚喜但亦冇乜唔同。個另外叫的海鮮豆腐湯就明顯「渣」左好多,冇嚟魚鮮味或豆腐味。唯一仍然算好食係個外加的鮮墨魚。餐廳長期有一枱煲煙客打躉大聲吹水,又嘈又臭。兩個人一共食左近五舊水,舊年都差唔多,但今次覺得好唔抵,冇下次了!bye bye

昨日一行16人,先往張保仔洞探秘,往五行石打卡。大家都高高興興享受當下大自然風景,盡情拍照。行回長洲碼頭,往新金湖海鮮菜館吃海鮮午飯,早已經訂座及海鮮佳餚。位位都好享用海鮮美食,鮮味、新鮮、滿意。現附上圖片,滋味盡在不言中,請睇相片吧!
