Ordered nearly the whole menu and I have to say I was quite impressed by Next Shikaku if you disregard the price. I personally preferred the 白湯over the沾麵 as I liked the ramen noodles instead of the thick udon type.

Was pleasantly surprised by the first sip of the broth. Very sweet, yet it’s a natural type of sweetness from the oyster. Loved the raw onions as they cut through the heaviness of the broth.

I also liked the large amount of bamboo shoots. The fatty pork is yummy. We added an extra portion of pork and it was quite high CP given the three pieces were huge.

The boiled egg was nicely cooked with a strong smoked taste but lacking in egg taste 🤨

The sake oyster was a steal. There were like 5-6 oysters per portion. Can order to share.

Liked the little details such as a super hot bowl to keep the temperature hot. The offer to reheat the 沾麵broth whenever you want. No thirsty issue after the meal.

Price: HK$300 pp (overordered)

Revisit: 9/10
(Liked it quite a lot but I don’t think I will return shortly cause I think I overdosed in my oyster quota by one visit 😆)

餸菜都係有一隻蠔,再加一片叉燒同少少荀

A even richer oyster and pork flavour with saltiness in this dipping sauce, mixed with diced charsiu & bamboo shoots.

The interesting part was the noodles here, it’s almost like pappardelle but with a even thinner thickness, which the sauce would basically blend with the “pasta”. Amazing idea.

今天食個early dinner,所以幸運不用排隊,想食較濃味,點了個牡蠣白湯拉麵,湯底超香濃,很有牡蠣香味,濃到好似100隻牡蠣煮成的湯,拉麵偏幼,都十分掛湯,配有少許青檸,令到湯底都很清新。拉麵當然要有叉燒啦,叉燒很有燒焦焦的香味,很滿足的拉麵。

經過多次終於進來吃了🥰本來想吃白湯拉麵 但最後還是被沾麵配的平打麵吸引了😆所以這次就先試沾麵吧🤣沾醬🦪味超濃 平打麵麵質很好吃 又掛汁~沾醬裡除了有🦪外 還有角切豚肉也好好吃🥰

原本想去隔壁同集團嘅主打雞白湯拉麵,但 望到長長嘅人龍,喺咁熱嘅天氣下放棄咗……向前行多兩步,有一個講日文嘅人好親切咁樣介紹日本牡蠣拉麵。因為未食過蠔主打湯底,所以就決定試一下。店家安排左坐bar枱,可以睇住師傅煮麵。呢度menu非常單一,好適合選擇困難嘅人。每碗湯底都加上牡蠣油做基調,再有清湯白湯沾麵變化。一上枱,先飲一啖湯,平時好怕腥味嘅我都接受到,好似濃縮咗好多隻蠔嘅鮮味係一啖湯裏面。另外,蠔湯配上洋蔥粒,意想不到嘅配合。麵質粗幼適中,掛湯有口感,值得一讚。煙燻溏心蛋,煙燻味突出但整體隻蛋就冇乜特別。下次嚟想試埋沾麵,但百幾蚊碗仲要加一,真係有d overprice。
