不消十五分鐘,門外已駐集了十多二十人了(也許是旁邊大家樂剛結業之故)。

入座。侍者溫吞兼店面偌大難以兼顧,手揮得酸了才有人搭理。
上菜至少候五分鐘。

醋瓶的奶樽設計得體不會漬班班,但碗碟都耗損得很。

The chicken looked appetizing, but tasted dry and average。Seems like even my grandma can make this。
Have heard that Nhaa Trang never use authentic vietnamese vermicelli, but ordinary Hong Kong/Chinese style noodle.  Authentic or not it just taste rough and extremely flat.
Some strands even stick together, looked awful.

Grilled prawn roll $56 ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆
It's served in room temperature.  Rice paper stuffed with vermicelli, prawn and assorted veggie.
The prawn is said to have been marinated but still taste thin, but thin in a good way.
Need more prawn in it.

Stuffed Cuttlefish $78 ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆
A whole cuttlefish, with corn, dried mushroom and pork
Cuttlefish is chewy, but the stuffing is really so-so
This dish worth only $40 I reckon

Veggie shredded to very thin, like it. Like the mint leave too.
Accompanied with the chicken energized the dish

Seat and table not so comfortable, very noisy and crowded in lunchtime
Located right next to the escalater of Wu Chung House 2/F, half-empty at 12:00.
In less then 15 minutes, long quene appears (may due to the just closed-down Cafe de Coral next door)

The restaurant is large but not enough waiters, waved my hand till sore
Serving is not speedy, take at least 5 mins to get on the table
Design of the vinegar bottle very hygenic, but the bowl and plate are wear and tear badly

已經是第三次到芽莊吃飯了。灣仔的這一間面積都算唔小,就算是週末的午餐時間也無須等位。照舊和朋友一人點湯河 一人點撈檬,搭配來吃。湯河是一貫的清新,雞肉和牛肉搭配的很好,湯也夠香。撈檬這次選了魚餅,看起來就是大塊的魚肉球被切成一塊塊的,肉質夠彈牙,口感也很好。撈檬其實就是沒有味道的粉絲,需要自己加入調味料才行,酸酸甜甜的調味料更能帶出碗中蔬菜的清香,是不油膩又很滿足的一餐。而且每一份的量都很大,所以我和朋友兩個人才吃到一半就飽了,另外我們還點了蝦膏高麗菜,蝦膏味道並不算濃,蔬菜倒是很多種而且煮的比較軟。椰青中的果肉很薄,果汁比較多,是不錯的選擇。總之這一餐非常滿足,是非常飽肚的滿足!偶爾來一餐清新的越南菜也是不錯的!

因工作關係,我間中會一個人到灣仔區找地方'醫肚'。芽莊是我其一心水之選,而他們的湯粉更是我所喜好。今天我點了一碗番茄蟹肉湯檬。煮熟了的番茄十分有益,用番茄做湯底健康又醒胃。不過,今次我吃了兩三啖,便發現碗。向餐廳員工反映,他很有禮貌地辯說蟹肉是溶解在湯裡。唉!幸好我之前都嘗過這款湯檬,以前確實是有肉眼見到,又食到的蟹肉絲。不過,我想跟他理論都無補於事,又因趕時間,算了吧!雖然整碗湯檬味道保持水準,扎肉肉丸夠分量,但次廚房確實失準,肉丸內面未熱透,番茄未有去皮,及切去近梗莖部位。

有一段時間在胡忠大廈工作,當時已經想試一下這裡的出品,奈何午市總有一條比等候電梯回辦公室的人龍在輪侯,尤其是下雨天情況更壞,令我打消了這個念頭。今次在晚市來這裡的原因,或多或少都因為這份情意結。另一原因就是這裡惠顧$100可有1小時泊車,$200有2小時泊車。可惜泊車的人也很多,我們約八時十五分到達,胡忠大廈要等五部車才可入。保安建議我們到合和中心泊車,與其無止境的等,我們就答應了。停車場職員就安排我們把車掉頭。我想大家不喜歡泊合和中心的原因都是路程較遠,而泊車後要在7/F轉電梯才可回到3/F。當天車泊在11/F,10/F才有電梯到7/F,經過一輪轉折浪費了一些時間。這裡的飲品選擇蠻多的。只是花茶已有近十款。今次選了壺裝的蓮花茶($36)。其實我已在其他地方嘗過一次,覺得味道難以接受。今次再試,我的結論仍然是一樣:「不是我杯茶」。這茶的味道有點像貓尿。由於當日不感覺到餓,所以我點了開胃的蟹檬($54)。蕃茄味令整個檬粉十分清新,蟹肉也很足料和鮮甜。奈何份量太大,最後也吃不完。想來個簡單的晚餐,這裡是不錯的選擇。

The moment you eat, it all tastes and smells good, however after you will need to drink alot of water because of the MSG. Anyhow, I still go to their Central branch when I pass by

這間芽莊分店以前曾令我非常失望,越南牛河比中環店差很多,很久沒再來說,但它畢竟在公司附近,所以再給機會。越南牛河越食水準越好,因嘗過十次以上,七成時間已追及中環店水準,湯底真材實料,牛肉味膨拜,牛肉嫰,正!希望此店維持現有水準,不用我長途拔涉到中環店。灣仔牙莊,加油!

午飯, 叫了一碗生牛河, 很失望, 比中環店差很遠.湯淡而無味, 沒有中環店的牛肉濃湯, 牛肉是70%肥牛, 我最怕吃肥肉, 叫侍應來, 問她牛肉那麼肥, 怎吃下,我沒理由吃淨粉, 還好她肯換, 但時間不夠, 要趕回公司,沒吃什麼便要走, 但以後不會再來, 中環店好吃很多.今次是零消費, 因不用付費.評分: -10分

午飯, 叫了一碗生牛河, 很失望, 比中環店差很遠.

湯淡而無味, 沒有中環店的牛肉濃湯, 牛肉是70%肥牛,
我最怕吃肥肉, 叫侍應來, 問她牛肉那麼肥, 怎吃下,
我沒理由吃淨粉, 還好她肯換, 但時間不夠, 要趕回公司,
沒吃什麼便要走, 但以後不會再來, 中環店好吃很多.
今次是零消費, 因不用付費.

第一個點評 送給我最愛的菜~這個點評不算完整 吃過幾次 幾乎只吃同一道菜 bun rieu, 中文名好像是 河內蕃茄蟹膏湯檬 48蚊第一次去吃 是周末晚8點左右 要等位,前面有3桌 等了20mins第二次非周末 無需等位還點了軟殼蟹春卷(名字好像不准確,但是你看到menu就知道我說的是什麼啦) 只吃過一次,在别家越南菜也没吃過 無從比較不過覺得芽莊整體價格比其他越南菜的餐館 貴了一些些還是談bun rieu好了其實越南菜我只吃過2家 芽莊一家 還有銅鑼灣的 西貢西貢,芽莊的bun rieu 勝在番茄湯底 是熬很久熬出來的銅鑼灣那家西貢西貢 番茄是即做即放 所以湯底番茄味不濃,但是優勢在於 西貢西貢給的蟹膏會多些,但是因為時間不久 整體味道不如芽莊2家價格相同 都是48蚊下次得閑去試下其他菜 再來評價啦

其實越南菜我只吃過2家 芽莊一家 還有銅鑼灣的 西貢西貢,芽莊的bun rieu 勝在番茄湯底 是熬很久熬出來的
銅鑼灣那家西貢西貢 番茄是即做即放 所以湯底番茄味不濃,但是優勢在於 西貢西貢給的蟹膏會多些,但是因為時間不久 整體味道不如芽莊
2家價格相同 都是48蚊
下次得閑去試下其他菜 再來評價啦

星期日晚訂了七點正的枱,限時八點十五分要還枱。現在食飯週圍都要限時,消費權益已跌至極點。七點鐘去到,餐廳已差不多滿座。地方不太大,也有很多外藉人士光顧,同胞反而不多。叫了雞串燒,炸軟殼蟹,灼通菜,牛爽腩河,及椰菁。雞串燒幾好味,不過唔係燒嘅,係炸嘅,所以應該叫炸雞串,沙嗲醬都幾好味,不過 $58 三串都幾貴。炸軟殼蟹都幾熱氣,不過不失,不過有D部份未夠脆,可能與炸粉有關。灼通菜面頭鋪上蒜溶,夠清淡。這裏的牛爽腩湯河水準極不穩定,尤其個D牛爽腩,有時會極韌。好彩當晚超乎水準,連帶河粉都有高水準,湯底就比較穩定,加了洋葱、青檸等配料,味道清香,$48一碗,值得推介。椰菁都可以,食完D熱氣食物,飲啖椰菁,perfect。這裏服務還是一般,個廁所清潔都係麻麻吔。

My friend passed by wanchai and visited me in office, since she was exhausted, we decided to settle down nearby. As she likes Asian food, we eventually went to Nha Trang.. It was the start of the nightmare! After waiting in the chaos for some time, we were treated by a black face, david cheung at the front door, no smile, no greetings, just grab 2 menu, and walk his own away... not even lead our path! The restaurant has nice decor, neat and clean, nonetheless, it is very noisy!
Once there was an arguement between the staff and the customer, it was just so noisy and drew everyone's attention..... There came the so-called Senior person... huh.... that black face!! But, he just stood there, said nothing..!? The customer was expecting him to handle the issue, but nothing done! And the funny face on him make the customer even more angry, and shouted - What so funny??? He dared to show the card, and said - You can make your complaint here!....................


Is he supposed to settle the dispute?? If he is so incapable of controlling the whole floor, at least, he should manage that particular customer, and don't let that irritating and noisy environment affect other customers, right?

Thinking about this, really lost appetite! I just ordered a beef pho... wanted to escape asap!

As for the food, just like the whole setting -> outlook ok, but inside so-so... I've got sooooo thirsty after the beef pho.. must have MSG in it.

The food and service does not deserve the price... I could get better food at lower price elsewhere...

All in all, a disappointing restaurant. Poor service! I will not come again nor recommend to any of my friends.
