有點苦,不過適中
過了一會,你便會在舌尖上感受到第二種層次

非常有口感
為這件甜品劃上了完美的句號

半年前已經知到呢到有間法式甜品,終於有機會來這裡買回家品嚐,店子不大,蛋糕整齊的放在小小蛋糕,款式雖然不多,但已有好幾款想試食了,蛋糕由$38-$45不等,不算很貴。玫瑰綠茶XX 外形高貴,口感軟滑,一切開有明顯的分了幾層,一層cream cheese mosses,一層綠茶mosses,再一層cream cheese mosse,底部是綠茶味的餅底,但整個蛋糕也吃不出綠茶味道,只有淡淡的奶油味,玫瑰更加沒有,可能係有一片花瓣,所以叫玫瑰吧。不過味道是不錯,清清的,不太甜。皇冠朱古力古名思意,就係皇冠的造形吧,也是店內其中一個賣點蛋糕,蛋糕前也有紙牌介紹是,用朱古力軟心蛋糕底配上法國頂級朱古力Valhorna,不太喜歡食朱古力的我覺得還好,最重要是不甜,有濃濃的朱古力味,多吃也不覺膩。除了細版,也有大版供應,不過外形不夠細版吸引呢雜莓芝士蛋糕十分漂涼的蛋糕,用紅色海綿蛋糕圍繞著入面的藍梅芝士mosses,海綿蛋糕口感太乾太“鞋”,不過跟mosses一起吃又覺配搭上不錯,藍梅芝士mosses酸酸的也很好,不過名是雜莓嘛,只有藍梅芝士mosses好像不貼名呢,或是跟玫瑰綠茶一樣,只是裝飾有

玫瑰綠茶XX 
外形高貴,口感軟滑,一切開有明顯的分了幾層,一層cream cheese mosses,一層綠茶mosses,再一層cream cheese mosse,底部是綠茶味的餅底,但整個蛋糕也吃不出綠茶味道,只有淡淡的奶油味,玫瑰更加沒有,可能係有一片花瓣,所以叫玫瑰吧。不過味道是不錯,清清的,不太甜。

皇冠朱古力
古名思意,就係皇冠的造形吧,也是店內其中一個賣點蛋糕,蛋糕前也有紙牌介紹是,用朱古力軟心蛋糕底配上法國頂級朱古力Valhorna,不太喜歡食朱古力的我覺得還好,最重要是不甜,有濃濃的朱古力味,多吃也不覺膩。除了細版,也有大版供應,不過外形不夠細版吸引呢

十分漂涼的蛋糕,用紅色海綿蛋糕圍繞著入面的藍梅芝士mosses,海綿蛋糕口感太乾太“鞋”,不過跟mosses一起吃又覺配搭上不錯,藍梅芝士mosses酸酸的也很好,不過名是雜莓嘛,只有藍梅芝士mosses好像不貼名呢,或是跟玫瑰綠茶一樣,只是裝飾有雜莓,也叫雜莓吧,這個也有大版哦,大版也很漂涼。

吃飽午飯,到四處閒逛,途經大有商場的Nicole La Patissiere,同行好友話不如試試。店內餅點款式不算很多,賣相還算精緻。從牆邊掛飾所見,主餅師曾到訪法國多間廚藝學院學藝,期望餅點一樣會有地道水準。今趟只試了香橙Macaron,橙色搶眼奪目,咬下外層有點脆口,接下來是煙韌口感,吃到夾心,奶油滑口,正中部份有橙味果醬溢出,成品富層次。加上甜度剛好,多吃一兩件都不覺膩口,期待下回再試其他凍餅甜品。

La Couronne,Chocolate Crown Cake Chocolate Mousse Cake.,朱古力皇冠蛋糕,$38。蛋糕上放了以朱古力片造成的皇冠,外圍是一粒又一粒金色的朱古力,賣相貴麗。以80% Valrhona 80% 黑朱古力打製成朱古力慕絲,可可味極為濃郁並帶甘苦,質感挺滑溜,夾著朱古力蛋糕及朱古力脆脆,令口感帶微微變化,但對比可以更大。

Fraicheur ,Ginger Lime Mousse Cake,青檸薑慕絲蛋糕,$38。長條型的蛋糕上放了蝴蝶形的朱古力薄片作裝飾,令賣相不會單調,但比較另外三款蛋糕,外型相對沒那麼吸引。白朱古力的青檸慕絲味道不太突出,中間夾著一層對對的海綿蛋糕,底部是薑味的杏仁餅底,並混入了少許焦糖醬,薑味也香甜,但整體酸味質薑味好像平衡不太好。

Bûche Caramel,Caramel and Pear Mousse Cake,焦糖香梨蛋糕,$38。圓柱形的蛋糕外層黏著片巴黎鐵塔形式的朱古力,令它多帶幾分法國味道。焦糖慕絲味道香甜,但感覺不太甜膩或太溜濟,加上口感也滑,吃下去不錯。而中心店員介紹是浸了酒的香梨肉,但吃下嚐不到酒味,只有微甜。但這是四款蛋糕中,個人最喜愛吃的一款。

暫時有售四款味道Macarons,分別是Lemon & Hazelnut,Chocolate,Orange及Rasberry,竟然餅廚也曾經在Pierre Hermé工作,所以照估計Macarons也應該不錯吧。嚐試了一點紅桑莓及檸檬榛子味道的Macarons,口感外層帶微脆,中心也濕潤,與真正在Pierre Hermé吃到的相比,還是有點距離,但價錢$15一粒來說,也值得買來試。紅桑莓味道較討好,酸甜味道平衡不錯,檸檬味道同樣酸酸的,但榛子味道就不太突出。

整體蛋糕價錢也可以接受,水準未見是令人十分驚喜,但也值得吃。不過蛋糕款式暫時不多,期待更多新款式的推出。

香橙皮配以黑朱古力,朱古力香醇幼滑,特別之處加入橙皮,雙重口感與層次!

雖然,價錢是貴一點!但是水準與誠意搭夠,也有其價值!

如果,店子可放置一張小圓桌就更完美!我可即席品嚐!女店員卻建議我在這裡買完甜品後,可走到對面的 <Pacific Coffee> 品嚐,循規蹈矩的我當然不敢啦!

論賣相,像頂皇冠的 La Couronne 最討我歡心。用料是八十度的黑朱古力慕絲配上海綿蛋糕,個人雖不好苦澀的黑朱古力,但朱古力慕絲的確做得滑溜,尤其喜歡旁邊鋪滿的朱古力豆,帶出濃厚的可可味之餘,也增添了口感。

Rive Gauche (Grade: 4/5)
不過個人最愛的卻是Rive Gauche。老實地說,這款以焦糖為題材的甜品未必能夠滿足每個人的口味。但素愛吃甜的我實在愛不釋手。

焦糖很甜,這點我很喜歡,但餡料的梨肉和梨味慕絲乖巧地發揮了中和的功能,加上底層拖肥味酥脆的餅底,我又豈能不心動?

今日經過大有, 看雜誌介誌了一間靚餅店, 便順道參觀.店主是一個很斯文的女人, 她很熱情的給我試吃曲奇, 可是除了"車XX"曲奇, 其他曲奇都無甚興趣, 總覺很甜漏.店內裝修富歐式, 櫃內的蛋糕款式不多, 選了兩年艷紅的蛋糕, $38一件, 很貴, 帶回家同HONEY分享,蛋糕外表美如藝術品, 但我就覺品道只是可以, 甜了一點, 內裡是MOUSE, 可能自己不愛MOUSE,所以沒有驚喜. 我想MOUSE較合外國人味道.

今日經過大有, 看雜誌介誌了一間靚餅店, 便順道參觀.

This was their homemade candied orange peel dipped with dark chocolate.
They were shaped like sticks coated in chocolate and the centre was a bit like jellied orange which had a nice twist.

13年開始, 馬上就是為kk兄慶祝生日的時候了. 選擇了這家店子的蛋糕, 只因為這裡實是近日的人氣店, 大家也被那個大皇冠所吸引了, 訂餅的工作就由我.來辦好了. 店子位於大有商場的1樓, 來到的時候剛好見到Nicole在店內, 她也跟我們介紹了不少店子的出品. 其實她的背景相當強勁, 師承Olivier Bajard, 也曾經在神級的甜點店子Pierre Herme工作, 單聽這履歷表, 已經令人相當期待.La Couronne $320: 9分, 這個La Couronne是一磅重的, 賣相是相當精美, 這個皇冠造型, 正好適合用來給男生來作生日蛋糕. 除了皇冠之外, 底下的就是朱古力慕絲, 用上80%濃度的Valrhona朱古力, 當然是極之濃烈, 再配上朱古力脆珠及朱古力海綿蛋糕, 層次分明. 雖然只是一磅, 但大家也是吃極也吃不完, 唯有等我來清掉吧. 等閒食量的朋友不要挑戰!Blue Cheese Black Pepper $40: 9分, 除此之外, 朋友也帶來店子的其他食物供大家分吃, 這款曲奇是藍芝士黑椒曲奇餅, 藍芝士是相當之香濃, 配上帶點辣的黑椒, 是相當特別的

其實朋友也帶來了Earl Grey Financier, Genmai Cha以及Caramel Chocolate Macadamia Nuts等等, 不過就沒有試了. 單計La Couronne以及Blue Cheese Black Pepper已經是令人驚喜的水準, 或許價位是比較貴, 但計及這裡的水準, 還是相當合理的. 其實店子還有不少甜點, 就要留待日後再試了.

The sweetness was just right and the tea leaves in the cake gave it a better texture along with fresh bursts of earl grey and bergamot aroma.
Although the pieces of tealeaves were not wheat or barley, it also gives you some roughage for the digestive system.
It was labelled well and states that it contains gluten.

I liked the earl grey flavour because the traditional ones are made of almond.
As the name suggests, it is related to the Finance world because the cakes are made from the traditional rectangular mold, which resembles a bar of gold. Another theory suggests that the cake was popular in the financial district of Paris surrounding the Paris stock exchange.

Orangette:
This was their homemade candied orange peel dipped with dark chocolate.
They were shaped like sticks coated in chocolate and the centre was a bit like jellied orange which had a nice twist.
