約了同事食飯,但佢因濕疹發作,所以要戒口,主要可食豬肉,所以今晚揀了一間以豬肉為饀的餃子店,她必能開懷地揀選。環境光猛,地方整齊企理。有兩排單邊位和兩張四人枱,座位不多,但很開揚,坐得舒適。餐簿好靚,資料詳盡,相片吸引得令我流晒口水。主打係餃子,款式多,仲有灼、煎和湯三種製法,另外仲有外賣生餃子、手工雲吞、麵食、前菜小食、湯、飲品和特製品。同事唔係第一次食,但就未食過招牌嘅龍鳳松茸雙湯餃配狀元九鼎湯 ($92/8隻),它係白松露和黑松露各四隻。嘩!脹卜卜,好飽滿,外皮厚薄適中,睇到內饀。肉饀啖啖肉,一啲都唔肥,兩種味都好好味,既有松露香,亦有鮮肉香,而黑松露餃就更香,正!九鼎湯 好鮮香,味道濃郁,啖啖魚鮮味,甘香美味。香煎軟心芝士餃子 ($58/7隻) 隻隻金黃,好靚仔,香脆可口。內饀有豬肉、爽甜嘅粟米和鹹香嘅芝士,皮薄饀靚,再點啲菜脯辣椒醬,香辣惹味,滋味!上湯松茸時蔬($35)翠綠爽嫩,配了爽口的松茸和甜美嘅杞子,矜貴美味!龍鳳蛋配黑白松露醬($18/1隻)蛋黃亮麗黏滑,整得入味,再自行配上黑白松露醬,添了松露香更好味。熱自家製山楂雪梨水 ($20/杯及$28/支)真材實料,酸酸
