上枱即聞到帶子的香甜,底面兩邊煎得香脆,內裏腍滑。在旁的三文魚籽亦十分新鮮,一起入口使兩款海鮮的層次提升了不少。粟米蓉打得細滑之餘,食得出來是天然無添加的粟米香甜味。其餘白色點點是沙律醬,增加擺盤美感。

今天中午決定和同事到銅鑼灣的Notte吃午餐。我們大概中午12:30到達餐廳,侍應安排我們到其中一間房。餐廳採用包廂形式,我們今天被安排到一間四人枱的房間。空間感十足,有空間給我們擺放個人物品,窗外的景色十分漂亮,能飽覽海景。侍應先拿來麵包盤。麵包暖暖的,有果仁碎,使麵包更加香。黑松露牛油十分特別,沾上麵包吃很滿足。不久前菜便準備好。我點的是煎帶子而朋友吃的是鮑魚。帶子十分鮮甜,配合旁邊的南瓜醬汁一起吃,味道更加新鮮。三文魚子也很鮮味,整個前菜都十分有驚喜。而朋友吃的鮑魚也很爽口,肉質鮮嫩,賣相也很精緻。主菜方面,我點了一份牛肋條。牛肋條煮得很入味,肉質鮮嫩,牛味十足。旁邊的配菜也擺放得十分漂亮,蔬菜新鮮。朋友吃的是豬扒,豬味濃郁,還保留着很多肉汁,很有驚喜。

我們大概中午12:30到達餐廳,侍應安排我們到其中一間房。餐廳採用包廂形式,我們今天被安排到一間四人枱的房間。空間感十足,有空間給我們擺放個人物品,窗外的景色十分漂亮,能飽覽海景。

不久前菜便準備好。我點的是煎帶子而朋友吃的是鮑魚。帶子十分鮮甜,配合旁邊的南瓜醬汁一起吃,味道更加新鮮。三文魚子也很鮮味,整個前菜都十分有驚喜。而朋友吃的鮑魚也很爽口,肉質鮮嫩,賣相也很精緻。

主菜方面,我點了一份牛肋條。牛肋條煮得很入味,肉質鮮嫩,牛味十足。旁邊的配菜也擺放得十分漂亮,蔬菜新鮮。朋友吃的是豬扒,豬味濃郁,還保留着很多肉汁,很有驚喜。
