同同事慶祝生日,有人介紹呢間餐廳所以去試吓,入到大堂真係想像唔到樓上會有餐廳,後來先知原來係一間私房菜。餐廳分開三間房,全部活動式間隔,可以打通晒,今日我哋四個人自己包咗間房,仲有無敵海景,好正啊!Set lunch由$128至$588,餐湯要加$58 ,另外加$108可以要任何款式的前菜,加$15可以要埋餐茶。前菜我哋揀咗「日本頂級鮑魚伴醬油汁」同埋「香煎鵝肝配多士及洋蔥醬」。前菜未上之前先上咗麵包,其中一款有好多nuts相對特別,麵包配以vegemite和蜜糖。話說我去年去澳洲都專登買咗一樽Vegemite呢個澳洲特產(黃色樽紅色字,澳洲超市有售)不過一直未開封,據聞味道好特別,同榴槤一樣,鍾意嘅人好鍾意,唔鍾意嘅人就覺得好臭,估唔到我最後喺呢一個情況之下黎試第一口,感覺似好濃好鹹嘅豉油味,所以會配以蜜糖一起點,咁就鹹鹹甜甜好特別嘅味道,的確未必個個喜歡,但係都係一個唔錯嘅體驗囉!不過記得唔好點咁多啊!食完麵包前菜就送到了。鵝肝都幾大份,試咗少少都幾好食嘅。至於鮑魚竟然有三件,碟上仲有金箔添,高貴雅致,鮑魚是冰鎮的凍冰冰,食落爽口彈牙。我哋都有加錢要餐湯,今日個餐湯係粟米帶子蘆筍湯

前菜我哋揀咗「日本頂級鮑魚伴醬油汁」同埋「香煎鵝肝配多士及洋蔥醬」。


前菜未上之前先上咗麵包,其中一款有好多nuts相對特別,麵包配以vegemite和蜜糖。話說我去年去澳洲都專登買咗一樽Vegemite呢個澳洲特產(黃色樽紅色字,澳洲超市有售)不過一直未開封,據聞味道好特別,同榴槤一樣,鍾意嘅人好鍾意,唔鍾意嘅人就覺得好臭,估唔到我最後喺呢一個情況之下黎試第一口,感覺似好濃好鹹嘅豉油味,所以會配以蜜糖一起點,咁就鹹鹹甜甜好特別嘅味道,的確未必個個喜歡,但係都係一個唔錯嘅體驗囉!不過記得唔好點咁多啊!

其實呢餐飯都唔平,不過贏在個地方好有privacy同無敵海景,我們四個傾傾下先發現lunchtime 也快過了,但可能私房菜都預我哋係慢食,所以上菜速度係比較慢,不過當我地同佢講趕住走嘅時候(打工仔的悲哀),佢又好快咁可以上到。

今日天氣十分炎熱,預約了一間樓上鋪和朋友食午餐。雖然天氣不是很好,但景色亦甚為吸睛。如果天氣好,或者晚餐來,夜景一定很正。麵包熱乎乎的,外脆內軟,配蜜糖及醬料,很香口。帶子配粟米蓉,竟然配有櫻花蝦,令本身相對味淡的帶子更惹味。意粉配有牡丹蝦吸櫻花蝦,配的是海鮮忌廉汁,味道突出。沖繩阿古豬配上意大利白豆,賣相精緻,豬肉用慢煮,肉腍,但味不會很濃。白豆相對硬身,配有豬肉粒。Tiramisu 配有棉花糖,多重口感。杏仁花生朱古力蛋糕香滑,層次分明。渡過了美好的下午,實在是不錯的選擇。

DAILY SOUP係我最中意既粟米湯配北海道帶子

我同朋友分別叫左個SMOKED WAGYU FLAT IRON STEAK BY APPLE WOODS
仲有 U.S.D.A BLACK ANGUS TENDERLOIN WITH PAN-FRIED FOIE GRAS

和牛真係一食就知上等貨, 我叫左MEDIUM RARE ,真係煎到岩岩好
而且牛肉味濃, 肉味哩樣野真係冇得呃,

個PAN FRIED FOIE GAS 一食就知唔係下欄野
有D餐廳會用鴨肝扮鵝肝, 另外佢煮到岩岩好, 個多士索左D鵝油,
食落完全冇太油既感覺, 真係值得推介!

最後DESSERT我同朋友分別叫左個TIRAMISU同埋個CHOCOLATE MOSSE CAKE
個TIRAMISU仲係會用酒燒過~好有睇頭
食落一陣酒香~ 為哩一晚完美落幕

不得不提哩度個海景, 真係以餐廳價錢, 完全係性價比極高~
