Tofu - taste okay, nothing special.
Beef tartare with caviar - standard taste
Chicken liver - incredible

2. Kristal Gold Caviar
Caviar with anything works.

3. Crab Roll - 3.5/5 (nothing wrong, nothing surprises you)

4. Hokkaido Abalone - I thought it would be my favorite dish today, but disappointed. Abalone taste just like any of the other Abalone, doesn’t worse 280.

5. Black Cod - this is a good one, the fish tastes so good.

6. Barbarbie Duck - the most disappointed dish ever, the duck meat is so dry in the middle. Usually I will finish all of my food because if this price point, but this time, I left them…. I just can’t….. so disappointed…
I told them my feedback, they replied: thank you for your feedback….
Okay, like I have never voiced out.

So this restaurant is really over priced, with this price, you deserve a better quality of food.

Overall, every dish is nice and I would say the bread basket and the lobster suprise me the most. 很久沒有在香港吃Fine dining, 這間餐廳完全超出期望。點了九道菜,每道菜都非常出色,一向不喜歡甜品的我都十分滿意這間的甜品,加上今天星期一,只有3枱顧客,服務及關注度做到101分。尤其出色的一道菜就是龍蝦,肉質軟棉剛好,加上海胆伴襯,味道好得不知怎形容。主菜選 了乳鴿,慢煮方式,肉質juicy, 配上burgundy 紅酒十分出色。而且在wine list 點酒算是便宜沒很多markup,靚景+靚裝修+好味道食物+合理價錢紅酒+温暖服務,這種體驗加上這價錢,簡直是性價比之選。

We went there for my birthday meal. I would say in general the service and the view is excellent but other than that … To be honest, the food really didn’t taste good , especially the pigeon meat - it tasted raw and made me almost throw up , maybe it’s just wasn’t for me. Out of the 9 courses there’s not one that I think is stunning. I feel like they basically just use the sashimi and remake it into some dish that looks fancy. Overall, I don’t think the food quality worth the price but the staff

餐廳中的外國人經理看似友善,但是十分沒禮貌,對待客人的態度10分不友善。另外,上每一道菜都十分急促,未食完已經要收你隻碟,而且下一道再上的時候都是凍的,先7點幾都甘趕?明眼人都睇得出佢哋趕住收工。。雖然音樂盒生日蛋糕係靚,但比呢個價錢受到這樣的服務實在說不過來,音樂盒子只可以響幾分鐘,我和朋友想再錄一段影片讓外國人經理幫我們重開,他完全沒有回應我們,直接把音樂盒拿到廚房,相信一日不炒這外國經理,一日都會影響餐廳生意。

Went there for my birthday dinner! The food is fantastic and the service as well! Haven’t have such great fine dining experience for a while since the pandemic!
