叉燒算係咁多人食物之中最親民最普遍嘅燒味。呢度嘅叉燒脂肪唔算多,未至於入口即溶,但係佢瘦嘅部位亦都唔會食落好乾;甜甜地嘅蜜糖有冇搶晒豬肉嘅肉味,兩者互相配合,相當出色!

呢啲餐可以加錢配時菜同埋鹹蛋/糖心蛋,等大家唔使咁dry淨係食一款菜同食飯。


嚟到嘅時候咁岩係下午茶時間,所以有啲份量會細啲,但係價錢平啲;除咗飯類,仲有供應麵類,但係可惜因為要拎走嘅關係,避免湯麵發脹,所以就無緣食到了。

吃了一口,松露香很出 (都落得幾重手),有葱頭混菌香味。雞啖啖肉,價錢也公道。

此店走創意 fusion 路線,這也是個大趨勢,有連鎖食肆現也會供應「蜜桃焗燒肉飯」之類。其實吃慣了傳統口味,這些二次創作,的確可為飲食生活帶來些新鮮感。

咁多人排隊就試下啦!黑松露雞飯!好正嘅油飯,油飯併雞絲冇皮冇咁油膩,又幾好味。蔥油好多計師份量都好多黑松露味好重!不過有少少偏鹹、一定要撈飯食!有待改善燒鵝髀瀨!燒鵝唔算太瘦,燒鵝皮脆!正在燒鵝嘅汁可以任加!爆檸檬茶!唔係太特別,茶味好重唔錯,但所謂爆!只係多一片青檸,飲唔出青檸味。But overall not bad. I would love to try other dishes next time. A good quality restaurant in a canteen

今晚去朗豪坊睇戲,之後就同FRD 食FOOD COURT~我地見到有間新開既餐廳所以試下。每人叫左一個飯/ 麵,加飲品(凍檸茶)$8,加油菜$8 ~我叫左個黑松露手撕雞油飯,真心覺得賣相好得,$50 都唔洗~蔥油飯係綠綠的,因為D 蔥已經混進飯中,吃落去有小小既咸蔥味!而飯亦散發左黑松露既香味,愈食愈開胃,加上好食既手撕雞,我竟然食哂成碗飯。。。朋友叫左個燒鵝脾瀨粉,瀨粉非常爽滑,而燒鵝脾既份量好多,食落唔算多骨,鵝味香濃!正~下次會再食!
