呢度無論係裝修定係背景音樂都幾日系,雖然我暫時返唔到鄉下,不過都要食返啲鄉下特色食物補下數🥲依間店舖嘅位置都係喺旺角鬧市中,位置於市中心係幾方便~叫咗個海鮮沙律,好似都唔使$100 ,勁大份,就算幾個人食都絕對夠食。入邊又多料又多魚生。無論菜定係魚生都好新鮮我仲叫咗個黑蒜蝦拉麵,拉麵上嚟嘅時候我望到啲蝦仲以為啲蝦係冰鮮蝦,點知食落嘅時候似新鮮的!😯😯好鮮味,有蝦味。個湯嘅配料仲有好多,如圖有糖心蛋,木耳,紫菜。魚湯嘅味道都算係幾濃郁。價錢抵食。另外仲叫咗個三文魚腩刺身,真係勁新鮮,係必食之選,油脂仲好豐富。我一個人可以獨食晒咁多舊我覺得勁幸福單憑佢依個三文魚腩嘅刺身質素我就想試埋佢其他刺身,可惜我已經飽飽地,下次再試

今日去左旺角食樓上居酒居,餐廳空間寬敞,入面有好多日本海報、日本燈籠、偏木系裝飾,好有感覺。每枱都有玄米茶可以飲,餐牌有好多選擇,我哋叫左兩款小食,蟹肉忌廉薯餅及鹽燒厚切牛舌串,蟹肉忌廉薯餅外皮炸得剛剛好,入面料十足,好脆口。鹽燒厚切牛舌串用左鹽同黑椒黎燒,加埋肉質嫩滑同厚身,好濃郁。野菜鍋都有唔少菜,有白菜、豆腐、菇、蘿蔔……除了菜甜之外,值得一提係湯底,白色湯底有淡香甜之外,好順口,冬天凍凍哋黎食更加滋味。三文魚蟹籽飯會配上麵豉湯,食到三文魚同蟹籽都好新鮮,份量都足夠。火炙黑豚肉拉麵嘅豬骨湯底味濃,黑豚肉有驚喜,油脂同味道都好香,夾埋拉麵一齊食,好味。總括而言,呢餐食得好滿足,餐廳環境坐得舒服,食物質素唔錯,好適合再黎聚一聚。
