Lobster Bisque in Stone Pot
The lobster bisque is inside a plastic bag. When served, they will cut open the plastic bag and with the stone pot..the bisque can be hot for a long time. It is very delicious with strong lobster taste and the bisque is thick. The lobster have many meat and chewy.

Staff told us 2 methods (salt or the sauce) of eating the pork chop. Pork is juicy and meat is tender. Tried both method of eating the pork chop, I prefer the salt because it brings out the meat flavour and reduce the greasiness.

Truffle & dried fish maw consommé - I couldn't express how I LOVED this broth, honestly I was skeptical at first, since it was not easy to handle with the ingredients, after I had a sip, it has a strong delightful aromatic of truffles. The consommé are packed full of flavor, its absolute clarity had developed into an immense flavor, deep & perfectly infused with the savouriness of truffles. It was a BIG YES to me!

Baked Hokkiado Scallop with Truffle- If you are looking for a more  sophisticated appetiser, you should be picking this! The texture was chewy but not rubbery and served with pumpkin & truffle smashed potato. It looked elegant and was an appealing addiction to a holiday meal. Interesting facts:  sorbet was given before moving on to main course,  we were told by the staff that it could reduce the greasiness in your month. Indeed tasted super refreshing with the mixture of green apples & the sourness of the lime juice. Definitely cool us down.

Chocolate Cheesecake - actually I prefer a more firmer texture of the cheesecake, it tasted a bit like mousse to me, luckily it wasn't overly sweet. 
 
Mango Sago Pomelo Dessert -  milk had added in the dessert with a creamy consistency, it got an appealing colour and a smooth texture. 

Overall, the ambience was nice and the servers were very attentive and polite. We all had a pleasant dining experience in Otto, will back for sure!

羊柳的表面有wasabi味的麵包糠所以很乾爽清脆。羊肉雖然有根但連根的位置都很稔滑而不羶,再配上香而不油的燒汁,嘩……真係只能講好好吃

和牛是放在喜瑪拉亞岩鹽板上登場,由於和牛肉會吸收鹽份,所以要快快吃才不會過咸!!
香軟柔滑的和牛外層煎得微脆郤保持著肉質肉豐潤的油脂,三個字,無!得!輸!


意大利飯on top有和牛柳粒,而加有蘑菇的飯質很creamy,亦是出色之作

(令我想念鹿兒島嘅日子)真係好推介大家要叫呢一個!!和牛下面嘅係岩鹽板,用牛肉嘅熱力溶d鹽,不過放得太耐就會太鹹所以建議食咗牛肉先。牛肉側邊係比較熟嘅,有軟硬口感之外,肉汁豐富,牛味濃郁,入到口慢慢溶化,係享受啊

和牛用來自鹿兒島的A4和牛(當中A5等級爲最高),油脂豐富且如雪花般分佈均勻,肉質十分嫩,入口溶化好香牛味。更用岩鹽板盛著和牛,一來保持溫暖,二來可沾鹽板令牛肉添咸味。
(要盡快食,因為牛肉放在鹽板太久會開始變咸,但放心,以平常進食速度也沒太大問題。)
我就好好享受滿口和牛肉香的時間。

食完和牛還有旁邊的和牛意大利飯,和牛碎粒的油脂都溶入意大利飯中,意大利飯保持煙煙韌帶點咬感,軟硬度也適合香港人口味。
呢個飯有點似中式豬油伴飯的感覺,但用西式煮法呈現另一個版本,幾特別。

熱檸茶都用茶壺泡好紅茶才上枱,客人自由添加檸檬同糖,我多是不加糖。
吃一口甜品,再嘆杯茶,真係好享受,飯後還跟朋友輕鬆傾計飲茶。
