坊間食威靈頓牛扒一向都比較貴,呢一度只需惠顧五百幾既Set就可以食得到,性價比算高的。唔好睇佢得拳頭咁大個,其實好有份量的,入面係件好厚既牛柳,夾住左原件肥美既鵝肝,油香十足,酥皮切開左之後黑松露既香氣會慢慢透出,牛柳處理得都好好無滲血水,唯一可以complaint 既係如果把刀再利少少就好啦,相信可以一刀將牛扒切到底,再一啖食到所有食材!推薦!!

網上見到佢嘅英倫風裝修被吸引咗過嚟,點知用餐時發現更加多細節有被驚喜到。例如佢嘅匙羹同叉、牆上嘅鏡、吊燈都同郵輪/海洋風掛鉤🪝點了兩個set $598*2,雖說價錢不菲,但係整體用餐體驗有照顧得好好,同埋大部份嘅食物都令我哋好滿足(小部分是指tiramisu😂

✨前菜高質
生牛肉他他面係用鵪鶉蛋,配以蛋漿令牛肉嘅口感更為滑溜,其次就係減淡調味,更加品嚐到牛肉嘅原味;調味微辣但正好令整體更開胃;另一款薄片牛肉配以芝士碎同火箭菜,碟邊有少許沙律菜同油醋,兩款食落係截然不同嘅感覺,個人更推薦牛肉他他❤️

原本我哋兩位都極鍾情菇湯,但係聽到我落單只點菇湯,店員都即刻極力推薦,試埋龍蝦湯🦞

兩款湯味道都好突出,牛肝菌野菌濃湯嘅菌都打得夠融,仍然有啲粒粒,口感唔錯,而龍蝦湯質夠稠身,接近膏狀,但係飲落係好滿足,和和暖嘅(老實講,我飲完碗湯已經飽咗一半

主菜揀咗兩個招牌,一個係黑松露鵝肝威靈頓牛柳,酥皮夠厚又脆,牛柳份量唔少又夠嫩,食到較中間位置浮出鵝肝嘅油香,一啖咬落去,係有幾種層次!另一個係和牛西冷,揀咗五成熟,和牛油脂太豐富,要逼出佢哋先食得出牛香❕

甜品揀咗各一款
心太軟,微脆得來朱古力醬極多,啖啖都係滿滿嘅朱古力味,tiramisu 略嫌咖啡味不夠重,同埋cream唔夠輕盈,前面食得太豐富要食晒呢個甜品有啲吃力😂

順帶一提set有跟到嘢飲,但係冇影到我哋點了凍熱咖啡各一,凍咖啡男朋友話飲落質素似cold brew ,我嗰杯熱咖啡去到食主菜嘅時候都仲係暖嘅,西餐廳嚟講呢杯咖啡算好好🩵
