首先講咗個服務係幾唔錯,除咗店員會解釋個餐牌之外,上菜嘅時候會逐樣上,見到你食完一樣就會上一樣,你慢慢食兩個鐘三個鐘都冇問題👍🏻


枱嘅數量唔算好多,所以建議都係訂咗位先,兩個set dinner嘅前菜揀咗凱撒沙律同埋自製生牛肉他他,凱撒沙律可以揀雞或者牛,我揀咗雞,肉質唔韌,沙律夠新鮮,生牛肉他他面係有隻鵪鶉蛋,撈埋落去配蛋漿食幾唔錯😋


兩款湯分別係牛肝菌野菌濃湯同埋🦞龍蝦濃湯,兩款湯味道都好突出,牛肝菌野菌濃湯嘅菌都打得夠融,但仍然有啲一粒粒嘅菌咬到,口感唔錯,而龍蝦濃湯第一啖已經好重龍蝦味,湯質夠稠身


主菜揀咗兩個招牌,一個係黑松露鵝肝威靈頓牛柳,酥皮夠厚又脆,牛柳份量唔少又夠嫩,仲有啖啖黑松露同鵝肝嘅味,口感好豐富🤩另一個係傳統英式布袋牛柳,屬於英倫扒房必有嘅菜式,用咗三種經典食材,包括牛柳、生蠔、煙肉,三種嘅層次一啖過食晒,但三種味道分別自己都好突出


甜品揀咗心太軟,微脆得來朱古力醬極多,啖啖都係滿滿嘅朱古力味

叫咗一個share, 年青女侍應好有禮貌,上檯後亦好醒目問我哋要唔要比隻碗我哋share, 雖然隻碗同個湯唔係好夾,但張檯咁細擺兩隻碟又真係好難嘅,龍蝦湯杰身,但唔算好濃郁嘅龍蝦味,但整體可以接受。

冇諗到飲完龍蝦湯之後就係惡夢嘅開始,餐廳一次過將所有食物上檯,包括送嘅一兜黑松露薯條,另外仲有隻碟係茄汁同黑松露醬;千層麵;忌廉菠菜;布袋牛柳;侍應最後想上布袋牛柳時成張檯已經冇晒位,我已經話張檯冇位,但戴眼鏡嘅經理Albert都係堅持要擺低,結果每樣食品都有半隻碟喺檯出面隨時跌咁,最後佢終於知道咁係行唔通,就清空隔離張檯,然後將碟布袋牛柳擺去隔離檯,我反映咁樣一次過嚟晒啲嘢根本食唔切,亦都會凍晒,佢竟然好大聲話返我,話啲嘢係要一齊上,因為係side dish, 我已經冇氣再爭拗,本來我想講千層麵唔係side dish啦,可以唔駛一齊上,根本就係安排及同廚房嘅溝通有問題,雖然餐廳唔係好貴,但都屬於中價餐廳,我唔expect會有咁嘅服務同安排😑

餐廳環境一般,有滴水,不過地下有地毯所以唔驚跣親,食緊飯途中有蚊滋,而廁所勁迫勁污糟,洗手盤同鏡位好多發霉,睇得出好耐冇清潔。另外,我發覺餐廳喺每個唔同時期嘅劣評下面都會回覆已經炒左個經理,但又會咁好笑每次劣評遇到嘅描述都係戴眼鏡無禮貌嘅經理,同埋格硬要一次過上菜嘅安排,唔知係咪餐廳次次請新嘅經理都係咁呢,如果係,真係好不幸😆

Chateaubriand Steak 用頂級牛里脊肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁,火候控制得好好,每一口都充滿炭火香氣,入口即化。

薯條 (Fries) 炸得金黃酥脆,外脆內軟,鹹度適中,非常美味。

飲品方面,我哋試咗紅酒 (Red Wine) + $28 及 白酒 (White Wine) + $28,紅酒果香濃郁,口感豐滿,酒體厚實,回味悠長;白酒清新爽口,配千層麵一流,兩款酒都能夠提升整體嘅食味。

今晚與住在大埔的朋友相敘,揀了在「Ox steak lounge」晚餐,餐廳裝修高貴雅致,以藍色為主,一走進餐廳,就會看到大水晶燈及牆上的金色牛頭裝飾,很華麗。我們選了二個套餐❤️牛肉凱撒沙律 牛肉嫩滑,羅馬生菜新鮮爽口,配巴馬臣芝士、煙肉碎、麵包粒、蕃茄粒、沙律醬,清爽開胃。❤️頂級牛肝菌忌廉湯入口順滑,忌廉湯味道濃郁,內有牛肝菌粒,有獨特香味,跟湯有香脆的餐包,最特別是牛油放在牛骨內,好有創意。❤️慢煮美國安格斯七打牛柳七打牛柳是牛腰近背脊嘅中心的部位,脂肪比例較低,肉質非常軟腍,嫩滑而富肉汁,有濃郁的牛肉味,食完大滿足。❤️英式傳統布袋牛柳 是一道款經典菜式,工序繁複,選用了頂級的牛柳配上新鮮肥美的生蠔,外面再用煙肉包裹著,味道更加豐富,有層次感,令人一試難忘。❤️套餐擺盤好靚,配搭了蔬菜、薯蓉同蒜頭,好味又健康。❤️黑松露薯條,外脆內軟,酒上黑松露碎,配黑松露醬及茄汁,非常惹味。整體上餐廳很有情調,食物質素佳,員工服務有禮,令我留下美好的印象,值得再訪!
