🦑煙燻螢光魷魚
加入了以Wasabi制成的慕絲以及高湯啫喱,拌勻再吃~帶點點刺激的味道

🍞海膽多士
烘到脆脆的多士加上海膽,口感有趣之餘,味道還出奇地搭~再加上點黑松露,喜歡海膽的人絕對要試試看🤩

🍤車海老。野菜天婦羅
有日本青椒仔、虎蝦、南瓜、番薯,也有給了鹽但還是沾配傳統的醬汁更好吃

🥩立鱗燒、日本和牛、澳洲和牛後腰肉
個人更愛脂肪比較少的的後腰肉,入口立馬吃得出牛味更濃郁,可以配搭海鹽或黑蒜醬都很好吃

🐮佐賀和牛土鍋飯
哎哎哎,這個可以算除了海膽多士之外,全頓下來最有驚喜的,調味剛好微微帶甜很對我胃口,而且還煮得合合好有飯焦,整個口感更好吃~!🥰

🍣季節壽司+卷物
灸燒過的鮫碟裙邊、醬油漬赤身上面有海苔醬、BB銀鱈魚配以蒜頭漬蓉、沙甸魚壽司有茗荷+蔥、拖羅蓉混赤身刺身粒的手卷,每一款都加入了心思,吃到這已經飽到爆炸

生薑沙冰跟焦糖Gelato,上面灑有洛神花粉末以及少許脆餅,在中間還藏了幾粒日向夏🍊

最後還有很足料的麵豉湯,不過記得要留肚吃主菜喔!

按季節供應的水果,我們那時吃的是哈蜜瓜
甜食的味噌蛋糕充滿深度的鹹香加上沖繩蜜糖和黑朱古力讓人欲罷不能,
另外一款Gelato配搭薑味的意大利冰沙,清爽辛香且微甜的味道為這Brunch劃上完美的休止符。

Ozakaya位於灣仔修頓球場後的當眼位置,裝修似西式多過日式,感覺偏Chill。
我哋嗰晚食嘅係日式創作料理,唔單止賣相道道都靚到爆燈,而且每一味嘅味道明顯都係經師傅專心調教過,絕對係味蕾盛宴之夜。

1. 刺身魚漬 
Sorry,唔記得咗呢個係咩刺身,但老實個刺身質地我唔係咁Ok,但係個味道我十分欣賞,有啲油香之餘,仲有種好清新怡人嘅酸甜味,茗荷嘅味道同個刺身好夾,成件事令人好開胃,係個好嘅開始。

2. 日本蠔
呢個日本蠔真係冇得頂,清新鮮甜到不得了,蠔味又濃;就算上面加咗三文魚子,都一啲搶唔走嗰陣濃郁嘅蠔味,而個青柚沙冰同紫蘇油,更加令到成個清新嘅層次更上一層樓,顏色方面亦令人食指大動。

3. 季節刺身
四款刺身師傅雖然有介紹,但坦白講有一件唔記得係咩,其餘係Toro、深海池魚同鰆魚,四樣刺身都唔使講,上佳水準,其實鰆魚係第一次食,味道好香口,尤其佢炙過塊魚皮,但油香味就更加出色,加上肉身勁厚,食完呢四款刺身已經好飽肚。 

4. 北海道粟米油揚
呢個選料絕對上乘,皆因嗰個粟米係清甜到好似浸完糖水咁,但係個甜味係勁天然之餘又勁清新喎。

5. 海膽多士+松露醬
首先佢個海膽好甜好新鮮,又Creamy,又濃郁啦;然後最估唔到嘅,係佢底下嗰舊麵包都好香,基本上佢具備咗麵包能夠釋放出嚟香味嘅最高境界,食落口係滿口牛油麵包嘅香味,仲要一邊好Cream、一邊好香脆,真係勁夾嘅「矛盾」位。

6. 煙燻油漬螢烏賊
呢一味一定要讚,首先一上到枱打開蓋,嗰陣煙燻香味已經令小妹食欲大振,因為本人好Buy煙燻食物。然後原以為呢隻螢烏賊係平時喺壽司郎食開嘅「咸香腥」味,但偏偏佢唔係喎,反而只係好Subtle嘅魷魚味。咁呢味嘢到底食咩呢?係食佢嘅調味,佢個底原來係用Cream加豆漿煮出嚟,難怪食落口有一種唔知邊度嚟嘅奶香甜味,我哋原本以為滿口嘅山葵味道都係嚟自白色個汁,原來又錯,係嚟自啲三文魚子,佢哋每粒都浸過山葵水,個味道夾到不得了,總之食過唔少日式特色料理嘅我,都畀佢驚艷到。

8. 甘鯛立鱗燒 甜椒味噌 
呢個主菜我愛與痛的邊緣咗好耐,就係到底和牛好定立鱗燒好,最終決定食魚。而呢個魚真係冇令我失望,佢個皮炸得相當相當香脆,每塊鱗都好似新鮮打開嘅薯片咁脆,但係個魚肉又超嫩滑架喎,實在令人驚奇佢點做到。連向來甚少食魚嘅我同我老公,都認為呢個魚處理得相當值錢。
而我老公就叫咗和牛,嘩!個和牛好食必然啦,但係亮點係佢個椰菜花汁,勁級好味,好味到直頭可以話做咗主角咁滯,有機會一定要嚟試。

9. 季節壽司
四件分別係赤身醬油漬、金目鯛、鯖魚、穴子,咁嘅,穴子不嬲個質地我都麻麻,所以Skip,鰿魚向來都係我至愛,金目鯛又係人都知佢有幾出色,所以都可以Skip,我想講嘅係赤身漬,我不嬲唔OK赤身,因為覺得好勁血腥味,但呢隻赤身醬油漬完完全全冇呢隻味,而且漬咗之後佢大大提升咗赤身嘅香味同郁香味,好食到想Encore 。

10. 脆餅意式雪糕 
呢個甜品真係好離譜,好食到離譜。佢個朱古力脆脆,唔單止好食,配埋用Lotus餅乾做成嘅意式雪糕,無論係一脆一軟嘅口感,抑或嚟自朱古力同焦糖嘅超夾甜品,都令人食到停唔到口。而個生薑沙冰除咗可以增加嗰種爽口感,仲帶出咗味道層次嘅最高境界,令人食完個甜品都仲想繼續食落去。真係十分圓滿嘅一餐。

During lunch hours at weekday, they offer express bentos, while at night, it would transform into a fine dining restaurant with exquisitely curated tasting menus. Their open bar area also makes it a fun place for some after work drinks. Expect to savor jet-fresh ingredients along with a bit of fusion techniques here and there to create a twist to traditional Japanese cuisines. Each and every course in our tasting menu were delicately plated, with exotic condiments perking up the entire experience. Our favorite part was being able to sample various Japanese culinary techniques in one go,
including sashimi, sushi, tempura and other hot dishes. It was overall an eye-opening and impressive meal!

之前推薦過呢度嘅晚餐menu,食過番尋味同朋友C catch up下,來個lunch。上次食tasting portion,今次食full portion 海膽鮭魚子天使麵,打卡一流,$198又咁嘅陣容,真係唔錯啦。再加一個季節壽司盛合同朋友個阿波美地雞,勁滿足的一餐。最正係再送一杯好靚嘅cocktail,Ginger shiso lemonade,天氣好仲有靚靚嘅景色,咁樣來個快樂嘅weekend,多好。聽講原來今日先知呢到真係有weekend brunch 可以食,仲要陣容好鼎盛,月中再約朋友過黎試下先。

7款主食(選一)有齊雞豬魚牛海鮮,更有素食可供選擇,照顧周到。我就點了西京銀鱈魚(另+HK120),好大件,魚皮燒得微脆,魚肉鮮甜幼嫩又充滿著魚油,好惹味,沾點蜜糖芥末同吃,則中和了西京汁的鹹度,另一風味,不錯啊﹗當然,有無限暢飲,就來杯優雅的白酒搭配一下﹗
