We wanted to sit by the window but was informed that there is a minimum charge of $3000/table so we sat in the middle of the dining room instead but it was equally comfortable. 🥂Sea Urchin Risotto $498
Usually uni in risotto doesn’t taste that great but omg, I honestly didn’t expect to have uni here that could be comparable to my favourite omakase restaurant. The umami note and freshness were both amazing. Not to mention the risotto was cooked to al dente and the garlic foam added a nice flavour to it.
