喺香港第一次發現咁出色嘅和牛午餐今日去一間日本餐廳,叫「本延鍋物」,主打和牛,一人一鍋,見到餐牌啲相好靚,所以我一人叫咗一份和牛:一份A4 和牛同埋A4和牛牛小排。A4和牛雪花紋理分佈得好平均,食落口好重牛味,入口即溶嘅感覺,好香好滑,完全無筋,完全唔覺得油膩,食多多都可以。另一份油脂分佈比較多,比較起來更香滑,好香牛肉嘅鮮味。湯底方面,我揀咗壽喜燒、昆布清湯。兩款口味交換來食,壽喜燒湯底好濃味,煮蔬菜比較適合,蔬菜吸收咗湯底嘅味道,好惹味。牛肉就用昆布清湯去煮比較適合,咁樣就唔會被蓋過牛肉嘅鮮味。套餐仲有1款餐前小食,和牛凍豆腐,製作好用心、好精緻。總結,喺香港第一次發現咁出色嘅和牛,價錢合理,係抵食而質素高嘅午餐之選。

今日去一間日本餐廳,叫「本延鍋物」,主打和牛,一人一鍋,見到餐牌啲相好靚,所以我一人叫咗一份和牛:一份A4 和牛同埋一份A5和牛。A4和牛雪花紋理分佈得好平均,食落口好重牛味,入口即溶嘅感覺,好香好滑,完全無筋,完全唔覺得油膩,食多多都可以。A5和牛油脂分佈比較多,比起A4更香滑,好香牛肉嘅鮮味。湯底方面,我揀咗壽喜燒、昆布清湯。兩款口味交換來食,壽喜燒湯底好濃味,煮蔬菜比較適合,蔬菜吸收咗湯底嘅味道,好惹味。牛肉就用昆布清湯去煮比較適合,咁樣就唔會被蓋過牛肉嘅鮮味。套餐仲有2款餐前小食,魚子醬帶子刺身、和牛豆腐,製作好用心、好精緻。總結,喺香港第一次發現咁出色嘅和牛,係我人生必食之選。一定再來光顧。

A5和牛油脂分佈比較多,比起A4更香滑,好香牛肉嘅鮮味。

湯底方面,我揀咗壽喜燒、昆布清湯。兩款口味交換來食,壽喜燒湯底好濃味,煮蔬菜比較適合,蔬菜吸收咗湯底嘅味道,好惹味。牛肉就用昆布清湯去煮比較適合,咁樣就唔會被蓋過牛肉嘅鮮味。

套餐仲有2款餐前小食,魚子醬帶子刺身、和牛豆腐,製作好用心、好精緻。

總結,喺香港第一次發現咁出色嘅和牛,係我人生必食之選。一定再來光顧。

日本A4黑毛和牛 vs 極上真係有d分別🤣 日本呢款牛味濃d,極上就明顯粉嫰d、油脂重d、入口即溶。不過兩款牛肉配蛋漿、澱粉都係絕配!😋 蔬菜拼盤都好豐富,有生菜、冬菇、小型菇、芋絲、腐皮、南瓜等等,好fresh好健康👍🏻👍🏻

私心推介這間小店~ 店內不算大,但座位距離較遠,空間感很好,店員服務細心,店內整潔乾淨。食物方面提供不同級別的和牛,午市晚市均有套餐,我們分別點了極尚黑毛和牛A4& 黑毛和牛肉眼A5套餐,各含一款鍋底、一款主食、野菜盤和Shaba Shaba的靈魂無菌生雞蛋 ,最後有甜品作結尾~和牛油脂分布平均,完美降霜,入口即溶,而且分量剛剛好,性價比高。
