新店新張不久, 見到好多舊客來捧場, 未夠七點晚市已要排隊, 來到必試特式八味小籠包, 店員細心介紹食法, 話這樣才能完全體會到八種小籠包的獨特風味, 首先由中間原味順序開始食, 然後是糟溜絲瓜、鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜香至最後試的川味, 老實講唔係完全嘗到及分得出當中細味, 但確實是汁多肉滑一口到位的。另一主打名菜是皇朝魚湯酸菜魚, 大大盅賣相吸睛, 新鮮嫩滑的生魚片配以胡椒串、鹹酸菜、萵苣及大量薯粉, 好入味, 至於其他小菜, 包括醉雞和麻醬油麥菜, 都很有特色, 而點心方面的蘿蔔絲酥餅及甜品豆沙鍋餅也是必試的。

炒飯的份量很驚人,炒得恰到好處。

裡面有蝦、叉燒、蛋等多樣配料,讓整道菜色香味俱全。

最後甜品方面,豆沙窩餅真係唔可以錯過!外皮香脆,內裡嘅豆沙甜而不膩,口感豐富,完美收尾。

OVERALL樂天皇朝嘅食物質量好高,無論係味道、擺盤定服務都出色,係一個值得再試嘅地方!下次一定會再帶埋其他朋友嚟試其他菜式!

人多嗌左盤酸菜魚,真係無揀錯,好大盤夠曬食,入面仲有水晶粉係底。尼盤酸菜魚啲魚薄得黎係有彈性架,唔係出面好多軟腍腍果種,係食得到既新鮮,而且佢啲酸菜唔會太鹹,可以食到好多。

尼個真係係出面未食過,係凍食既。將一片青瓜捲着一堆油麥菜點芝麻醬,估唔到勁清新消暑,口感爽脆冰涼,夏天食真係好爽,大家一定要試。

尼個不得了!!超好食👍🏻
我哋隔籬枱想嗌都已經賣晒。大家唔好以為係周圍有得食嘅普通料,係我食過最好食既蘿蔔絲酥。入面係熱到出煙,蘿蔔絲調味好好,鹹度適中,而且食到好清甜既蘿蔔味架,無得輸。蘿蔔絲酥餅係必食。

呢個砂鍋雲吞雞一上枱我同朋友都嚇一嚇,估唔到咁大煲。入面好足料,有半隻雞,大大粒既雲吞,仲有小棠菜。雞肉嫩滑,雞湯味道鮮甜,雞味十足,另外啲雲吞都煲到索哂啲雞湯,好入味。
