重頭戲八色小籠包,色彩繽紛的,非常iGable,一咬下去,滿滿幸福感湧上心頭,早排先食完鼎泰豐同翡翠拉麵小籠包,老實說個人覺得呢間真心完勝,鼎泰豐小籠包頂厚皮了些,亦只有單一口味,翡翠拉麵小籠包肉質鬆散(而且上次食到我腸胃炎🫢),呢間小籠包皮夠薄,味道夠多元化有新意,食嚟食去暫時都係最鍾意呢間。

這上海店子的品牌一向有質素保證, 今天又來試他的特色小籠包, 八種味道每次食都發覺唔夠喉,但是又想試其他菜式, 所以都係點到即止好喇, 今次更試了其他的點心, 那個蘿蔔絲酥餅鬆脆外皮包著軟滑蘿蔔絲口感豐富, 而那個李白醉雞, 酒味濃鬱雞肉嫩滑, 另一更驚喜的菜式是芝麻醬油麥菜, 上枱時發覺油麥菜是生的, 但是沾上芝麻醬竟然是清新爽脆, 這個口感又帶來另一驚喜, 之後的主菜皇朝漁湯酸菜魚, 夠曬足料, 個人略嫌湯底鹹多於酸辣, 若果能夠再濃味點會更好, 單尾的香煎豆沙鍋餅甜品,做法突破傳統, 餅皮是脆口的, 這頓晚飯感覺很不錯。

這上海店子的品牌一向有質素保證, 今天又來試他的特色小籠包, 八種味道每次食都發覺唔夠喉,但是又想試其他菜式, 所以都係點到即止好喇, 今次更試了其他的點心, 那個蘿蔔絲酥餅鬆脆外皮包著軟滑蘿蔔絲口感豐富, 而那個李白醉雞, 酒味濃鬱雞肉嫩滑, 另一更驚喜的菜式是芝麻醬油麥菜, 上枱時發覺油麥菜是生的, 但是沾上芝麻醬竟然是清新爽脆, 這個口感又帶來另一驚喜, 之後的主菜皇朝漁湯酸菜魚, 夠曬足料, 個人略嫌湯底鹹多於酸辣, 若果能夠再濃味點會更好, 單尾的香煎豆沙鍋餅甜品,做法突破傳統, 餅皮是脆口的, 這頓晚飯感覺很不錯。
