Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 話說之前係美心集團食滿600元,用某指定信用卡付款,就送左一張300元的優惠券比我。 今日係最後一日,當然唔好蝕,去食番餐飯都好,好過白白浪費張券。我揀左去食北京樓。做完運動後,有點點肚餓,就點了三款食物:點心拼盤、蟹粉小籠包及口水雞。口水雞,雖然有點辣,但味道可以。雞肉唔嫩,但未去到好韌既情度。食左幾塊就放棄了。蟹粉小籠包,味道一般。點心拼盤,係四款點心之中,蝦餃同燒賣味道正常,其餘兩款就不太適合我胃口。最後埋單:扣去300元優惠,今餐大約要付60元左右。

水煮魚味道嚟講辣味個人覺得啱啱好,麻辣程度適中,做得很不錯👍🏻魚肉用到石斑🐟魚片,食落好滑無骨無鱗,魚片超嫩!湯頭也做得挺香,水煮魚底下仲有好多萵筍、粉皮和枝竹,吸入麻辣湯後非常惹味🌶

等左差唔多20分鐘 隻鴨終於上黎啦,上碟見到每塊都色澤均勻,而且排列得好整齊,上到枱聞到好香而且感覺外皮超脆!每塊片皮鴨都色澤均勻 ,皮和肉的比例岩岩好,鴨皮酥脆,唔太肥,食落每一啖都充滿鴨油香,真係好好味!

另外,會有一籠大概有30片左右既皮包住鴨食,薄薄既片皮鴨餅底,上枱熱辣辣,不太厚又鬆軟,質感柔軟。至於配菜,有青瓜和京蔥等配料。鴨餅會吸走片皮鴨多餘既油份,再加埋蔥同青瓜配上醬汁,一食落去就好爽,好好味,食完一舊接一舊 停吾停👅

同朋友旺角相遇 提議食水煮魚 左諗右諗決定試下旺角既北京樓 我地總共4人 點咗4樣野 分別有水煮魚 雲吞雞 蟹粉小籠包同片皮鴨上菜速度都幾快 10分鐘到已經上咗水煮魚賣相唔錯 但味道就失望 辣味唔太夠 而且只辣不香魚數量十分之少 只有6 7件 每人兩件都無入面既粉反而唔錯 之後到雲吞雞 雲吞比相象中好食 個餡好香但件雞就比較普通 湯亦只有火腿既鹹味 小籠包最令人失望 全部穿哂 所有湯汁都留在桌布上....最好食既係片皮鴨 鴨肉香而唔韌 鴨皮脆 配料新鮮 而塊皮亦夠簿 唔易爛 份量亦好夠總括 個人認為味道可以 但不值呢個價 除片皮鴨外 份量亦偏少!

最好食既係片皮鴨 鴨肉香而唔韌 鴨皮脆 配料新鮮 而塊皮亦夠簿 唔易爛 份量亦好夠

總括 個人認為味道可以 但不值呢個價 除片皮鴨外 份量亦偏少!

一行七人今天又來到MOKO新世紀廣場5樓的北京樓午膳。十二時抵達已見店內坐滿食客,幸好我們預中已頂好了枱。~鮮肉香煎鍋貼$38外皮煙韌,餡料豐富,味道適中。~香煎蘿蔔糕$30煎得微焦,味道不會過鹹。~豉油皇煎腸粉$30腸粉沾了油和老抽來煎,吃時不需要沾其他醬料了。~京式叉燒包$28賣相似小菜肉飽,餡料的叉燒和汁惹味。~鮑汁雞腳$53雞腳炆得淋淋的,非常入味。每一口都有骨膠原落肚。~無鍚小籠包$40一定要趁熱吃,內裏肉汁四溢。沾薑絲醋來吃,更加美味。~京准嫩雞麵 $55切絲清菜爽口,雞肉嫩滑,幼麵掛了清雞湯味,非常入味。雪菜肉絲炒粉皮$88雪菜和肉絲同樣惹味,配上清清淡淡的粉皮是最好不過。~潮州欖菜肉碎炒飯$88欖菜鹹味重,配白飯來炒是最好不過。肉碎亦入味,令炒飯豐富起來。~高力豆沙香蕉$36久違了的高力豆沙脹卜卜,雪白的蛋白有彈力,餡料的豆沙是甜甜的,再配香蕉增添甜度和變得清新。~千層咖啡糕$28一層一層的咖啡糕賣相不俗,有一種滑滑的感覺。吃起來咖啡味濃,確是飯後的一個好一個好選擇。

We were a table of 8 on this occasion for dinner. We saw the Hangseng card set menu for four people and wanted to order 2 sets. One of the black suited 'managers' placed our order and gave us back a receipt with only 1 set. I asked why it was only 1 and only then did they tell me we could only order one set per table. So why didn't the manager tell us this when putting down the order?

We cancelled that set and ordered a la carte. 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering we were still waiting for the Peking Duck. We're used to it being slow and everyone who frequents this place knows to order right upon being seated. So do take note. They usually advise it to take 45min or more. That said, the patties were nice (soft, thin, and each separated by a piece of paper to ensure they don't stick together). Plenty pieces of duck skin - no skimping there. Peking Duck comes with a second dish, chopped mix of duck and veggies wrapped in lettuce. Around 4 or 5 pieces of lettuce.

It's 9.30pm and they asked us for last orders. We placed orders for dessert and mentioned specially that dessert should not come before the Peking Duck, which we're still waiting for. 15 minutes later, the dessert started to arrive and we were still waiting for the Peking Duck. Oh well, they didn't listen.

Terribly difficult to flag down a member of staff to speak with them. Not just us but I see plenty of other tables waving hands and menus in the air to try and get their attention. We've had to walk to the staff at the terminal to speak with them at least 5 times now for various things (including to place our order - I had to personally walk to the staff who was tapping at the terminal).

Fine if you take this as a cheap, casual diner but not if you take it as anything slightly respectable as the branch at Alexandra House in Central is. It's casual but I wouldn't call this "cheap" per se. Staff are over worked and this impairs on the quality of service. Once the place empties, the staff themselves are fine.

Nevertheless, extremely disappointed by the service, but will I be back? I might not have many other options.

又係黎食烤鴨既時候啦因為突然好想食烤鴨 而咁岩MOKO就有北京樓所以就諗都無諗就入左去lu入到去望到個menu先知道原來只可以叫一隻鴨 無半隻叫……….所以我地只係叫左一隻鴨同一籠小籠包小籠包一籠6粒多汁好味等左差唔多20分鐘 隻鴨終於上黎啦因為我地個位比較窄 所以佢無係我地面前切鴨不過唔緊要 上到黎就知道真材實料啦!雖然望到個底有啲油但係因為鴨餅會吸走多餘既油份再加埋蔥同青瓜 一食落去就好爽 好好味3個人 每人差唔到食左7舊明明好飽 但係都一路傾計一路食 岩岩好~非常推薦,不過多人食會比較好 叫到多幾款餸 唔係剩食烤鴨XDDD
