今日到了北京樓午餐,看見門口有推廣全日叫片皮鴨半價,另外還有一些午市孖寶套餐。裏面環境主要係中國特色設計,另外還有開放廚房,給人一種安心衛生的感覺。天花還有一些吊燈感覺亦都好典雅。首先送上的就是前菜, 是用香醋醃製的青瓜乾豆腐花生雲耳, 開胃得來好啱食。第一款送上的就是四川擔擔麵,麵身軟硬適中,有辣味不過可接受;花生碎和肉碎不算太多,有芝麻香味,但整體來說味道是不錯的。下一款送上的是片皮鴨( 半份),片皮鴨皮醃製得很香,甜味適中,口感微微的脆。鴨肉香滑美味,嬤嬤皮有大約10片,配菜有糖, 青瓜, 大蔥, 還有粉紅色的菜條。烤鴨醬味道適中很不錯。半價來說,性價比很高。下一樣送到的就是孖寶套餐的灌湯小籠包,一籠三隻,包皮雖然軟熟,但並不容易難,湯汁鮮甜而不肥膩,肉的口感不錯,味道很好。我哋另外叫咗兩杯夏日推廣的飲品,一杯是蘋果醋;另一杯是烏梅醋, 有話梅的味道,杯內亦有椰果,$18一杯,貌相不錯,不過醋味不是太濃, 但係解渴,喜歡酸酸的朋友是一個不錯的選擇。

中秋節,四天連假中,品嚐了兩間酒中式酒樓的片皮鴨。一間是位於尖沙咀的滬江,另一間是位於元朗yoho的北京樓。前者一份盛惠4xx元,後者原價350元,堂食半價。價錢,北京樓較貴,但服務上,滬江比北京樓親切。環境上則以,北京樓稍勝。不過,個人比較喜歡北京樓的皮片鴨,油更香,口感更鬆化,餅皮亦更煙韌貼心,每一片都有一張紙隔開,以防住黐住,方便食用。突然,想拍一期片皮鴨比拼,比拼香港數間以片皮鴨出名的餐廳,有興趣的朋友,記得讚好,及留言邊一間好食。

對美心集團的出品十分失望。片皮鴨作為北京樓的招牌菜,油膉味十分重, 餅皮油膩。難以下嚥。九十八元的七里莊酒糟醉雞只有苦澀味,但雞肉質還可接受,在超級市場買現成醉雞汁,自家煑比他還要好。令外,六十元的北京六必居炸醬麵只能說油,十分油,什麼味道也沒有,總之不好吃。三百多元的外賣食物最後..成為廚餘集團對食品質素完全不重視,價錢與質素嚴重成反比。整體食物質素惡劣,浪費食材,浪費金錢。肯定這是最後一次光顧。

星期六入元朗搵食, 諗起北京樓可以叫半隻鵝,  於是六點就去食飯. 入到去裡面已經有人坐底食緊, 兩個人坐左向邊位四人坐位,   幾靜幾舒服無咩人會行過打擾. 我地叫左半隻北京烤鵝, 每一塊皮宜家用紙阻住, 容易拎好多, D醬我最鍾意既甜醬, 當然唔少得小籠包, 仲叫左上湯豆苗, 仲有最愛爽脆海哲頭. 半隻鵝都等左二十分鐘, 皮脆肉嫩, 唔算太肥太多皮下脂肪. 小籠包一如以往皮薄內附肉汁, 上湯豆苗就比較老左少少, $98一碟向北京樓唔算貴, 大排檔叫都過百元. 海哲頭份量味道OK, 不夠唔算好滑.  每人$260, 環境食物衛生整體非常不錯. 可以再次光顧

蘿蔔絲酥餅
蘿蔔絲酥餅色澤炸至金黃,層層分明,酥餅底沾滿白芝麻,香口酥脆,沒有油膩感,內餡有蘿蔔絲,清甜多汁。

整體而言,食材新鮮美味,環境高貴優雅,位置寬躺舒適,分店遍佈各區,十分方便,是與親朋戚友聚餐的好地方。

繼上星期難吃單人麵餐後,星期六29號終於試埋個4人套餐。先黎雞絲粉皮,好奇怪個汁係甜的,吳明點解佢地完全調吳出麻味的東西。豆腐羹幾好,吳太鹹,宮爆蝦球好大隻,填鴨係我至愛,但講真半隻份量只有差不多4份1隻,配菜好少,但皮跟鴨味道都幾好。茶樹菇小豆苗,可能因為湯夠味所以菇吳太難吃,我地全家都吳喜歡食小豆苗,覺得同草無分別。小籠包無問題,另加左個鍋貼亦美味。總括黎講,呢間分店d麵極差,好彩其他菜尚算ok, 不能不提d 茶,需係茶包但好好飲 (我地2次都叫烏龍), 此外service 亦好好,收碟換野非常快。佢地亦有提供點心,下次可能試下。

現在yoho mall 無論任何時間拍車都有位,所以昨日星期日去食lunch。經過北京樓被門口個超值底食午餐牌吸引,即入去試。$78 套餐,麵食+小食各一款,茶餐廳價錢,當然未計茶錢及醬介啦,但都值回票價。可惜,無林過北京樓出品咁差。擔擔麵,湯無甚麼麻味及醋味,有一層紅油在面,吳算辣,但不能話係擔擔麵。蕃茄蛋刀切麵,原來吳係放湯,黎到係一大碟麵上面淋一層用糖煮的蕃茄蛋醬汁,同茶餐廳食果d 碟頭飯一樣,可能收茶餐廳價錢就比番同價格的野食掛,小籠包無問題,生煎包樣好靚,但個底吳知點解好實,吳可以用脆黎形容。如果茶餐廳出品就算啦,但係北京樓阿!最後要提下門口果位無禮貌知客,同佢講我地2位,佢無答但回頭同佢同事講其他野,吳知佢想點的情況下佢突然羅枝雷射槍指住我額頭,原來要量體溫,跟住黑起塊面轉身帶我地入座。後尾見佢同隔離抬熟客不知幾好笑容。不過其他服務員係好有禮貌的,環境亦非常舒適, 會試埋佢個4人套餐,希望吳會太差。此優惠只限每日lunch 。
