好耐無打邊爐,咁啱今次喺將軍澳廣場做完嘢又見到有阿翁火鍋館,咁就食埋先返屋企。知道將軍澳廣場呢間阿翁火鍋館係新開,但未夠7點都已經7成滿座,好彩我兩個人都好快有位安排到比我哋。今次火鍋就先點咗個雞煲,食完雞煲先慢慢再打邊爐。雞煲嘅味道夠哂麻,絕對啱哂我口味,不過就咸咗些少,可能要預埋個汁嚟打邊爐。食完個雞煲後就開始打邊爐,除咗一般基本打邊爐配料任食之外,另外再有一碟牛頸脊、水餃皇、蠔王鮑魚扣鵝掌同埋一個海鮮拼盤,包括有海蝦、蟶子、帶子、青口、生蠔同埋龍躉片。海蝦就好鮮甜;蟶子爽口彈牙;龍躉片肉質嫩滑,其他嗰啲就無咩特別。牛頸脊就真係好味,見到佢嘅油花已經流口水,肉質鮮嫩爽滑肉味濃郁,真係無得頂!而個至尊水餃皇真係超大隻,入面嘅蝦又好鮮味彈牙,其實食埋呢隻餃已經好飽了。真心覺得超值!

老仔呀B話今日唔想煮飯,佢話最好街食,將軍澳廣場近日開了一間超大的半島漁港,平日晚上晚晚爆滿,所以今天晚上準時收工吃親飽!環境超光猛而且己坐得8成人,我們很好彩有一個窗口位!有4成客人打边爐,但我們反而想食特惠孖宝的上湯焗海蝦伊麵底配鹽燒大連鮮鮑!我們等了十五分鍾,上湯焗海蝦伊麵底熱辣辣上,海蝦一点也不欺場,有8到1O隻舖在伊麵上,而且伊麵也很多汁,老公吃了一口己說海蝦十分爽口,而且伴伊麵來吃,味道很香,我們也吃光光了!另外鹽燒大連鮮鮑火喉燒得很香,而且鮮味彈牙,很有鐵板燒的感覺,這個套餐才288元,難怪客似云,真的抵食!
