今日同個朋友收工相約於中環蒲吧,飲酒越南河粉食都不錯。朋友就試「至尊」湯河,入面有生熟牛柳片,牛腩,牛肉丸,牛柏葉,同扎肉。牛柳片有兩塊,食落幾爽滑,但如果比較喜歡食牛柳片,最好加「配菜-生熟美國頂級牛肉」先至夠。牛腩有點似台灣牛肉麵那種牛腩,牛肉丸都算爽口,彈下彈下,至於牛柏葉同扎肉都不錯。 湯底用牛骨湯道較清同簡潔。小食點左爆炸雞,同秘制薯條。爆炸雞 炸出來幾香口同雞肉肉質新鮮滑滑,配搭三款醬去點住食,其中粉紅色既醬幾搶眼,有蟹子既沙律醬,同普通沙律醬,同芥末沙律醬(好似係)。點超上黎食,比較惹味,但味道偏咸,重口味推介。至於秘制薯條 係香香既粗身薯條,岩岩炸起,食落充滿薯味,幾香口。總體而言,中環黎計$98蚊碗牛肉湯麵,我會比較預期會有更加多牛肉片 同配料同埋 牛肉湯會更加惹味香濃,或包埋餐飲會更好。小食味道唔錯。

I didn't order drinks for my lunch set cause it's a bit too much for me. The soup base is very rich but i wasn't thirsty without drinks. 

It's a very good lunch place considering the price and food quality. But if you're thinking of a place to sit here for very long it may not be one for you. It's like "bar style" and you eat quick. Shouldn't ask for too much if you're rushing over in lunch hour. 

Will definitely come again for lunch.

秘製雞翼 ($42),雞翼送上時已經開邊成單骨,吃起來很方便。面層上咗炸漿脆炸,然後再澆上 Cajun Sauce,炸漿很脆口,入面的雞肉幾嫩滑,不過講到最正當然係面頭嘅醬汁,帶少許蛋黃醬嘅香味,而且濃稠適中,能夠包住全隻雞翼之餘,外皮沒有被淋腍,仍有脆口感覺。

冰山燒豬頸肉 ($48) 豬頸肉以木砧板盛上,件件都好厚身,入口真的有一朕教人胃口大開的焦香,肉質帶嚼勁又夠惹味。 如果怕油膩,可以先點少許醬汁,再用生菜包住食,提味之餘亦可減輕膩感。同事話豬頸肉多吃無益,但最後也禁不住一塊接一塊大啖食,其實偶爾放肆一下無妨,小吃是福嘛。

壓軸的紫菜配日本鹽味薯條 ($38) 水準亦不遑多讓,薯條炸得香脆不油,紫菜味突出,最特別就是用來蘸點薯條的醬料,竟然有成三款咁多,包括有茄汁、明太子沙律醬同微辣嘅 Cajun Sauce。最愛當中嘅明太子沙律醬,味道鹹鮮,而且不算太杰,無蓋過薯條的紫菜味。

如果點主食,可以 +$12 配奶茶、咖啡、檸茶及罐裝汽水等,又或者 +$20 配青檸梳打。另外餐廳不設加一,所以食咗咁多嘢,埋單每人都只係百幾蚊,都算經濟抵食。

It is set in a modern stylish noodles bar with an opened kitchen . It feels very chilled and relaxed. It makes you feel free to drop by for a quick meal before meeting mates. Medium Rare U.S. Selected Beef Pho $88The beef pho  is arguably one of the best bowls we’ve tried anywhere before – the broth is bloody tasty that I couldn't help but keep drinking it . The noodles are the right amount of springy and chewy.  The beef was served as perfectly pink raw , it's so tender and packed with flavour.

The beef pho  is arguably one of the best bowls we’ve tried anywhere before – the broth is bloody tasty that I couldn't help but keep drinking it . The noodles are the right amount of springy and chewy.  The beef was served as perfectly pink raw , it's so tender and packed with flavour.
